129. We got called out on Jeff Lewis; RHONY fight theories; Dina and Lexi Manzo speak out; VPR negotiations and update

Spoiler alert: stand down everyone, we’re not coming for Jeff Lewis. We got called out on his radio show this week – but we stand by what we said… Here’s why we think RHONY is great this season. And we are noticing some interesting changes in Jenna Lyons this season. And we’ve got theories about Ubah and Sai’s beef with Brynn. In RHONJ OG news, Dina Manzo’s ex was convicted and sentenced for hiring a man to assault her husband. And in uncharacteristic fashion, both Dina and her daughter Lexi have made public statements. It’s heartbreaking. Not sure how it’s possible how we got tea that’s 10+ years old and STILL entertaining, but we got some on Danielle from RHONJ, lol. Lots of buzz around Vanderpump Rules. Here’s what we know.

What’s up? Cocktails. Hello, Amanda e Hi Cox Taylors. How are you? Are you ready for Halloween? You know, I was getting really excited about that. Okay, I have to tell you, I was never, really not. I always, of course, liked Halloween, but I wasn’t, as an adult, a person who had to dress up, not that sometimes we would if we were invited to a party or if we went to a bar or restaurant, right? Yeah, as a mother, I love Halloween. I can’t explain it. I will be so sad and my kids age out of it. I think I’ll still I think I’ll find my friends with the third kid who’s younger and go with them. Yeah, it is so fun. I totally agree. I Okay. So I love it. School’s in full swing. You’re going around the neighborhood, you’re bumping into people, your your group grows as you go along. Your wagon is with you with all your cocktails. I do. I love this wagon idea. I don’t know why. I have never thought of this, because I always just bring a roadie and like a Yeti or something, but I like the idea of the wagon, because then you can bring stuff to share with other people. Okay, I wish I could take credit for the wagon, but this is my brother and my sister in law’s baby, and I’ll tell you why. They have a pool club where they live. And so every weekend they pack their wagon, they have this massive heavy duty wagon, like, or like a Red Rider, no, it’s not a red it’s like metal, but then with Canvas, yeah, it’s like the snacks wagon, yes. And they have snacks. They have food in a cooler. They just, I think you could probably stitch somebody, you know what? I mean, they have everything you need. You could live out of the wagon for the day, because the whole point is, nobody come into our house. Everything’s in the wagon. They have a lot of guests and kids, and there’s a pool house where you can use the bathroom and grill, where you can grill. So I think their goal is always keep people out of our house, yeah. And at the pool Club, which is wonderful. And then so on Halloween, they load up the wagon. Perfect. It’s perfect. That’s so fun. How about you? What do you guys do?
Yeah, it’s interesting, because we have always done it around the kids friends. And my older child, one of the families that we’re friends with, always does a big get together, and but then now we are getting really close to aging out with one, and he wants to go and do his own thing. So he will go do that, and they just go and trick or treat and really make the most of the time. Because I can’t my oldest are running, yeah, my I think my oldest will probably start with us, because it’s a group of friends where the younger the siblings are all friends, kind of thing. And then he’ll probably go, he’ll probably bump into another group. And, yeah, yeah, so, yeah. So we’ll go with my daughter, our the younger, and go with her friends. And you know, the parents are good friends of mine too. We do it around them, but it’s better friends if you bring a wagon, or maybe I just bring the big thing of jello shots on a tray. Who knows? But no, it’s not just about it’s it is fun to just have a drink and be walking around and be outside and just see it through your children’s eyes. That is what is so fun, is it’s such an innocent night. They can go and they can ring people’s doorbells, and it’s this very sweet interaction where people get candy and you don’t feel unsafe, and it’s the only day of the year where you don’t worry about just going up to random people’s doorbells and ringing them. I have to tell you something. This isn’t this is a national story, so I’m sure you’ve heard of the Gilgo Beach killer. Yes. So my cousin lives in Long Island, and her friend lives in the town that he’s from, which is Massapequa. Shout out to the South Shore girls listening. And she said she’s got kids, school aged kids. And I was at a barbecue at my cousin’s house this summer, and she was no B, you don’t understand, his house was so creepy that on Halloween, nobody would ever go up to the door. She’s we all knew something was going on, which obviously they didn’t know. But it was like the house in the neighborhood that maybe teenagers pranking would dare to go up because it’s so creepy looking. Oh yeah, like overgrown and, yeah, abandoned, but yeah, the lights are on, so someone’s home. Yeah, no, I like kids, yeah. Then when there’s how scary houses like that. They definitely don’t, and usually those people don’t have their doorbell or their lights on anyway, yeah, but it’ll be fun. I’m really looking forward. I just love it’s to your point, like it’s it. This has become my favorite holiday, too, just to see it through the kids eyes and see them have this chance to run around after dark and have people give them candy and stay up too late and all of that. So looking forward to it. Are you dressing up? I get Amazon t shirt that says something like, you know, witches, something and cat ears. I don’t really dress up, yeah, and I would, I was invited to an awesome party. But we have a wedding this Saturday, so I can’t go. Ah, yeah, I have, I have a few classrooms that I fall back on if I’m not feeling being creative, or going to the spirit Halloween store. So we have a couple of parties this weekend. I think I’ll just pull one of those out so we’ll see. We’ll see what I end up deciding to be love it. So this week, I think a lot of you guys have heard because we also post about this, but we were mentioned on the cocktails and gossip podcast. Was mentioned on Jeff Lewis’s Show. This week, a caller called in to his show to tell him that we were quote, unquote, coming for Jeff because of our opinion on him, insinuating that Brynn was taken care of by a man. So Jeff, listening to the clip, said they probably were going off of the clip that was shown on Roni, which, in fact, we works. I don’t. I have listened and watched his show, but I don’t. I’m not a daily listener. Listen. I stand by what we said. Give me a mic. Oh, I have one. I’ll say it again. I did really appreciate Jeff’s reaction. I like that. When he was asked, Do you know Bravo and cocktails, he was like, Yeah, I do. Because I think that there’s a trend with certain big podcasters to act like they fell off the turnip truck and they don’t hear of Yeah, our memes circulate. You know who we are. So I like that. I like how he gave us the benefit of the doubt, and was They probably went off what was shown, which was the whole storyline. I wasn’t picking apart his podcast. It was a storyline on an episode of Real Housewives of New York. And in case you’re new here, we talk about episodes. Yes, we talk about scoop, but this was us talking about what we watch. So I love a lot of the cocktails. How dare they share it? It was on our regular pod. So it was nothing. It wasn’t a scoop. Everybody watched the same thing, and it’s not.
But it’s our opinion based on what we watched at the end of the first season. In an interview, Brynn expressed her frustration with the fact that she felt, although she filmed her career, it really wasn’t shown. Yeah, I actually looked up because everybody kept asking me, what does she do? As per her bio, Brynn Whitfield is a Marketing and Communications Consultant with experience on award winning, globally recognized campaigns spanning CPG brands and tech companies. Now, I also have to say that her over the top floating ways I get it. I It’s grading on me as well. I know a lot of us are over that shtick, but the fact remains that she has a career. She has spoke about her career, although we haven’t seen it on the show in depth. I just what bothers me about it, just to be clear, is I don’t recall a time where a man assumed a hot, flirty guy who appears to have money is taken care of right by a woman or a man. In other words, if it’s a if it’s a successful, good looking gay guy. So that is the piece that bothered me on the most recent episode where the caller called in and spoke about us. Jeff. He walked it back a little, and he said, I never use the word sugar daddy. There are ways people can be taken care of Nepo babies or family money. I enjoy Jeff. I listen to his pod. I certainly watch his shows I’ve always watched, flipping out. I watched his free V show I will watch, and we spoke about on here how excited we are for him to be coming back to Bravo, but I don’t like what he said. I can enjoy someone and disagree with them. That’s what we do all day long here at cocktails and gossip, is we don’t judge people their entire character based I don’t blindly stand for anybody except my own two children. That’s just the reality everyone else is open to criticism. Yeah, okay, but playing a little devil’s advocate here. Because, okay, Jeff, if you’re watching Real Housewives of New York, you also know that Brynn has no family, right? That is supporting her. She is not a Napo baby. So if you weren’t insinuating that she has a sugar daddy, who was he, Jeff? Who was Who are you insinuating that is supporting her by asking that question, because there is an insinuation in that statement by saying, Do you think she’s being supported? So I, to me again, said this last week or two, a few weeks ago, whenever it was, the insinuation that she’s not working her ass off and earning what she has, is what bothered me. And I think the reason Jeff walked it back is because when he’s looking at it in perspective, he absolutely sees our point and the point of many viewers and listeners, which is that it was wrong. And you and I do a podcast, and there are times when you’re in the moment, and you and I are recording, and you go too far, and you really go in on somebody, and then when you hear it back, I’ve certainly been in the situation where you hear it back, you kind of wince. Oh, I probably didn’t have to go that extra step, right? So I get why he’d walk it back. I’m sure that I’ve done the same or and I, or I would do the same, because what he’s saying is I was just being tongue in cheek. It’s a possibility. Blah, blah, blah, blah, yeah. It’s not like he was insistent. It’s true, Aaron, you’re saying no, but I know it’s true. Of course not fail though, right? He was joking, but he was putting it out there. And unfortunately, it comes with the territory of being a real housewife. Yeah, yeah, people are gonna pick you apart. And that is one thing that I like about the way that you and I see these things is that we change our mind about people too, and we point out when they there’s good and there’s bad things. So if you guys haven’t forgotten while we still are not loving Johnny aioli, we went into a pretty deep conversation about some of his past and gave him a lot of props for essentially, ending up raising his children on his own. I think both of us felt like Jen pedroni was, you know, boring, at least what we were seeing on camera, and we’ve both been giving her a lot of props this season for finding her voice, and although we don’t like, although we don’t like Johnny aioli, we also pointed out that it isn’t true that he’s broke, that he, in fact, to our knowledge, had quite a successful career and is far from broke, which, yeah, so I think we’re fair. Yeah, you guys have money and still be thirsty. Yeah. 100%
Welcome to Bravo. Anyway, I think we should chat New York, since we are already talking about Brynn, I wanted actually to start out by saying that I might be on an island. I might be disagreeing with pretty much the whole world that watches Roni.
I don’t actually think that Roni has been boring. That first episode when they’re in the Hamptons, people kept saying it’s so boring, it’s so boring, it’s so boring. And I felt the opposite. I thought it was really good. And sometimes women’s friendships are very complex, and I enjoy that they let that play out a little bit, that there’s a lot of subtleties, and women especially, get their feelings hurt by each other. It often by a lot of the kind of subtleties that can happen with the way somebody is sitting at a table or not facing them, or little tiny things that they say. So I really enjoyed it. I just wanted to say, and I unfortunately, think I disagree with most people, and I also enjoyed, I will say this, we’re not all throwing drinks in each other’s faces. Yeah? So here’s the thing, there isn’t one formula for housewives, right? Okay, you know what I’m saying? Yeah, every city is different. So I am absolutely loving Salt Lake City, and we’ll get to Salt Lake City, and it’s certainly more pomp, more circumstance, the mob wife theme dinner, all of that, but on Tuesday night, I really enjoy watching the women see what they’re doing in New York. I agree. It’s complicated friendships. It’s also New York. Listen, I understand that Roni OGS, those women were an anomaly. They didn’t know what reality TV was, but at the core, it was a bunch of bossy, tough New York women, which everybody’s personality is different, OGS and newbies, but New Yorkers, whether you’re born here or you’re living here and working here, if you stay in New York and for a matter of time, you gotta hustle in New York. Yeah, and you’re watching these women, and so they’re all hustling to be the top dog in New York. And I it’s a different vibe. It’s I have followers say to me, would you enjoying more salt lake city or New York? You can’t, it’s not apples to apples. It’s a totally I’m watching two totally different things. Yeah, and you can have, I have my favorite franchises, but I appreciate each for its own vibe. Agree,

okay on the Rhett women’s friendships topic, Uber and Brynn have essentially been fighting the whole season. It’s really come to a head over the last couple of episodes. What do you think at the start of the conversation, I honestly was I didn’t get Uber’s point of view based on what we had seen up till then. What I mean is she was saying to Bryn, you’re condescending when you talk over me. And as she’s saying it, Uber was talking over Bryn, so I was okay, something must be happening off camera. Yeah. Since last season, Uber was.
About how Brynn spoke to her, but Uber’s communication skills were aggressive as well. So what is she getting at? I totally appreciated her point that English is her second language, and when she’s interrupted, it’s very annoying. That made a ton of sense to me, right? When I found out that the night before, as they were making up. Brynn said to her, you really better watch yourself. You’re coming off. I love you. And I guess she meant on television, you’re coming off. There’s always that fourth wall dangling, yeah, you’re coming off as an angry black woman that there we go with the condescending so I think it’s more things like that. Brynn advising Uber on how to be on TV, or even what she was saying, of, I want Oliver to marry you. I was, wait stop, excuse me, it was so condescending. So I feel like I hadn’t seen on screen what Uber meant. But then I saw it, and I was like, there it is. She’s, I agree, because Brynn by saying, I don’t call names, and I don’t think you should call names. But dismissing everything that Uber is saying, dismissing Uber’s feelings, because Uber used name calling as part of that is very it’s very condescending. I so I’m glad you actually brought up this off must be something it’s not about the pasta kind of situation, because I have thought the exact same thing. I want to steal a term from Melissa at your Bish therapist from Instagram, who was our guest last week. Her Uber’s energy just seems elevated. This season, she is coming in hot specifically against Bryn, which is what made me think the same thing, either there’s something else has happened with them off camera. I don’t feel Uber can really be that mad about Brynn mentioning that Uber had, quote, unquote, a man in Connecticut on the finale. I also wonder, if you know, maybe UBA isn’t as used to the snarky comments and things that the housewives all shoot at each other via social media and the press. But I also am seeing it does seem Brandon is really getting piled on and the point where she wanted to go home because she felt so come after for a lack of a better word, and I am just wondering if maybe there is a coordinated gang up happening here. And I feel like, B you smell these coming from a mile away. What do you think about that? I think that Uber and sai for sure, are looking to do that. And I think that we see Bryn at breakfast looking to Erin. I think Erin may have been on board with that, and I think Erin’s walking it back now. I think she made up with Brynn. She’s walking it back. I think that Jessa wants no parts of it. Yeah, she’s just sitting there, um, own little world. And I think that Jenna, a couple of followers, point this out to me, and I was thinking it. And then I was, am I just being a pessimist, or I felt like Jenna’s really stirring up drama for Bryn with Psy. And that situation where she was Oh yeah, she said this, and then she backs away from it. And then when they were at Erin’s house, she went to her room, and she was, oh, here, we’re diamonds. But then when the other girls are talking about Brynn, she agrees with them. I just, I do find it funny, because I feel Jenna is so different than how she initially presented herself. She’s reserved. Yes, she doesn’t have a huge group of girlfriends, yes, but she is slick and she is sharp and she can be cutting. She just does it in a more unique way. There’s also an era of I’m older, I’m the known name around town. The thing is that they’re all on housewives now, and the audience is going to who they like, regardless of who what you was somebody before, right? So it doesn’t matter how many diamonds you have or how expensive your car is, for the most part, the audience, I know myself Are you’re on the cast like everyone else. We don’t expect the women to defer to Jenna and give her a pass. And I think in an upcoming clip at the end of the episode, we see Aaron say something, I just don’t want to be close to you, to Jenna. So I think we’re onto something, that there’s more evidence of Jenna starring the plot, playing the power card in our future. I do think that some of the women, definitely, Sy and Uber are intent on a Brin gang up. And I think what Brynn said was really important. You guys didn’t do anything. You let this happen, and they’ll know we tried to say something like Jess was a good example. Jess isn’t actively doing it, but she’s not sticking up for her at all either? Yeah, I think that’s a good point, although, again, God bless jazzy.

Was meeting it shady at all. I think she was, oh, latex, oh, rubber, Oh, I wonder if it’s been recycled. I there was no malice in that comment whatsoever. I think she’s just one of those people who who’s got some of these just sent out their thoughts sometimes and has no problem speaking them out loud, which is one of the reasons I think we love her. Yes. About Jenna, I think the power, the pulling, the power thing, I think is interesting because it’s it did work. It seemed to work. She felt protected the first season. I think the gloves are off, but I also see there’s something a little different about her this season. She’s approaching the show a little differently, almost as if she was told she has to share more. So I think she’s sharing selectively a token scene of her son at the climbing gym talking about how, Oh well, I’m actually engaged, but I think about the ring being a promise ring before mentioning how she was. Went to this underground sex club in New York City. Was where I was. I would like to hear more about that story. She showed her fiance’s mom, but not her actual fiance. It’s like almost magicians do sleight of hand. They look over here to distract you for what I’m really doing, and it feels like it’s not really working, and that we’re all seeing through it, and that, you know, Jenna is really trying to walk that line, but still make the paycheck. And I think the other thing that’s really interesting is some of, especially this last episode, some of the things that she’s done really come off. She’s lacking some confidence, maybe, or really not feeling like she’s a part of the group, as she was first begging Raquel to be in the kitchen and when she was cooking, and then bribed Brynn to stay there with her diamonds while she made the pavnova. I also wanted to touch on Raquel, on the other end of the spectrum from Jenna, who’s sharing so much. I thought her story about her father was she was shocking. It’s just so hard to picture anyone treating a child, an innocent child, like that. I just really like her. I think she’s she’s obviously.
Say beautiful. She’s funny. She is death. Yeah, she shares, she she’s great. And I think since she was brought on as Jenna’s friend, and she’s a friend of and the fact that she’s sharing so much more, I’m like, Jenna, sometimes your competition is in the house with you, babe. Yeah, you know what I’m saying. I also don’t love how Jenna plays into brain flirting, not for anything, but how does her fiance feel about that? Because I wouldn’t love that. Yeah, that’s a good point. I think that. Okay, here’s what it is. I just came to me, Okay, I think that Jenna loves to play nonchalant. She doesn’t need attention or praise or whatever, and it’s the exact opposite of that. Yeah, and then doesn’t like it when it doesn’t come and she’s feeling she’s not being catered to the season. Because, to your point, they’re all on the same show, and they’re all cast members and known entities now, and it’s not just about her amazing accomplishments, because they’ve all become in the public eye. And really, I would imagine each and every one of them would say their lives have been changed by being on this show. So yeah, it’ll be interesting to see, because I hate to say, when you made the point about the competition, there’s room for all of them, but we want to see people being genuine and actually truly sharing, instead of just throwing us some crumbs here and there, which is we’ll reserve judgment, but hopefully that we see more, hopefully we see more from Jenna this season than we did last season, and that we’re then we’re seeing the kind of side of hand this season agreed. So we’ve gotten a lot of requests from followers, from cocktails wanting to talk about the New Jersey situation with Dino Manzo. So for those of you guys who are not familiar, Dina was married to so Dina and Caroline Manzo are sisters. Caroline her husband, Albert, his little brother Tommy, ended up marrying Dina for her second marriage. So they were almost like double in laws, right? Because they were already sisters, but then they’re also sister in laws through their husbands, because their husbands are brothers, Tommy Manzo after Dina and Tommy got divorced, there was convicted of committing a violent crime in aid of I’m just reading this because I don’t want to get it wrong racketeering conspiracy and falsifying documents, and could have faced up to 46 years in prison, but was he was convicted for hiring a man to assault his ex wife, Dina, her I think it was boyfriend or fiance at the time. Dina is now married to that person. So essentially, the story is. Prosecution said that in 2015 I think Dina and Tommy got divorced, or started the divorce, the separation in 2012 prosecutors said that in 2015 Tommy Manzo hired a guy named John parda who was apparently mafia connected to assault Dina’s boyfriend husband, in exchange for getting a free wedding reception at the Manzo catering Hall, the brownstone, which we all know if you drink at a good fellows. New Jersey, yes. So this conviction happened? Was it this week and last week? Yeah, and Caroline, according to allegations, according apparently, wrote a character letter for Tommy after he had been arrested and during the proceedings of this case as a character letter to say, hey, please don’t put him. Don’t incarcerate him while this case is going on. He’s really a good guy. We don’t know what was in the letter, but something along those lines, and this is going back. This happened in 2015 so we’re coming up on a decade ago. Is how long it took him to finally get sentenced. When the sentence was made public, Dina took to Instagram and very out of character commented. She basically said Justice had been served, and it was said that her family didn’t support her. Her former assistant, Luke, made a similar post and said even more, Dina also said that even after the sentencing, no apologies from certain family members the entire the entire thing is down right, shocking. And yesterday, Dina’s daughter Lexi, took to her blog and made broke her silence, shocking. I It’s long, but feel it’s good. Do you think we should read it?
It? Yeah, I can’t even imagine, from Dina’s perspective, by the way, that your sister doesn’t apologize even after this conviction. Yeah. Okay, so here’s it is really long, so I might just pull some of it. So if you guys want to read the whole thing, we can link it on the site, but the title is, don’t poke the bear. And this is written in Leslie and Lexi’s from the first person. So this is her these are her words. We’ve all heard the expression preached it subscribed to the mindset that we’re powerless against those we perceive to exert dominance over us. For over a decade, I have kept silent in fear of poking Tommy Manzo, my stepfather of 15 years a proven to be dangerous man who won the loyalty of my blood family. I could write a novel as to what made Tommy such a complicated man to be raised by, but instead, I’ll come I’ll speak to how I came to fear a man who promised to keep me safe, and what it feels like to lose the love of my extended family. Many of these family members were also figures I feared to confront, leaving me emotionally stranded. Tommy has known me since birth. My mother, sister Caroline, is married to Tommy’s brother Albert, making us family from the start, I’m going to go through here and it says Tommy was an enigma, an extravagant, generous and charismatic figure who captured the affection of everyone around him, earning the loyalty of church members, politicians and law enforcement alike to know Tommy wants to love him. Yet beneath this veneer of charm lay a complexity of darker undercurrents, raising questions about the true intentions of his relationships and the reality behind the facade, behind closed doors, he was an unavailable husband, a notorious cheater and a workaholic, which this is a man. I’m going to just pop in here with a comment really quickly, if you guys remember, you never saw Tommy on New Jersey and you heard Dina say he works extremely long hours, and that tracks with me. Lexi says back in her blog, I watched as he dangled the promise of a better future in front of my mother while stripping away her confidence, breaking her down and using me as leverage in his manipulations. The hope of a single mother find lies in finding a partner that loves their child. I now recognize these heartbreaks as sacrifices that my mother endured in loving me more than she loved herself. Oh, that kills me. Yeah. So I’m gonna go a little bit. She talks about how he it was a very transactional kind of relationship. And then she says, in 2012 my mother found the courage to leave her nearly 12 year relationship with Tommy. Our family was imperfect, but not hostile. At first, the divorce was amicable, as he was accepting of his failures as a husband, my mother found a temporary apartment of her own while I continued to live between the family home and my college dorm. The psychological warfare started when Tommy realized that my mother had begun to move on, forcibly removing me from our home without notice. Forced out barely captures the reality. He violently shook me awake on a sleepy winter morning, giving me just 30 minutes to quote, unquote, get the fuck out. In that chaotic moment I lost not only my home, but also irreplaceable heirlooms collected over generations, along with my childhood keepsakes. Can you imagine not having your baby book, pictures, family? I can’t even imagine, and it says I mourn only, not only for myself, but my future children. As these tangible connections to my family history have been stolen from us, Tommy’s rage continued to manifest in acts of unspeakable violence, beginning with a calculated physical attack in 2015 aimed squarely at my mother’s new husband, a spineless act of jealousy and retaliation. This was followed by a harrowing home invasion in 2017
an attempt to instill terror in both my mother and her husband, which this is me jumping in again, if I My memory is right, there are people who they they got tied up and pistol whipped, I believe, yeah, something like that. And she was, she had moved to California to get away from him, but she had come back for Teresa’s daughter’s first Holy Communion, her god daughter, Audriana, awful, so I’m gonna go. It sounds like things just continued to go on. As you know the They even used her in the law in the proceedings that they painted his actions as misguided attempts to protect black I also find where she says that while strangers offered empathy upon hearing our story, I find myself at a perpetual loss to understand how the man who tormented my mother garnered the support of my own family. Yeah, Carolyn was more than an aunt to me. She often rocked me to sleep as a child and stepped in as my second mother welcoming us into.
Her home during the uncertain period following my mother’s separation from my father, yet in a staggering portrayal, she would later choose the side of my mother’s abuser. Wow, it’s not just her. She said that my mother’s sister, Cookie continued to be employed by him, and even appeared in court in his support to her other aunt as well. I did not know that. I didn’t either a troubling lack of loyalty, despite having one shared a home with us and bearing witness to Tommy’s darkness that’s about her aunt cookie, other family members chose the path of silence, offering neither empathy nor acknowledgement their complete, their complacency and acceptance to his crimes. I have been severed from a once beloved village of aunts, uncles and cousins, all because of these fractured alliances. My phone is yet to ring. Here’s the crazy thing, there’s a rumor swirling that the lawsuit that Caroline filed apparently isn’t asking for money, just that the show doesn’t air. And there’s speculation that people believe Caroline said things on that show about Dina that she didn’t want aired. I have no idea if this is true, but let’s remember that this was a show with a lot of other women, and those women are not happy it’s not airing, and those women are talking. So if this theory is floating around, it’s because people are saying that

And Caroline goes into this whole crying routine, and Dean is a stop about how dare anyone insinuate that her father in law was associated with the mafia and Dina, and looking back on it now, Dina is, what are you stupid? allegedly, what is? What is in the moderator, maybe they’re not made men, but obviously, if you’re having, if you’re giving, if you’re close enough for made men, which, if you’ve ever watched Goodfellas, you know what a made man is, if you’re close enough to have made men do attacks for you and give them free weddings, then maybe you’re an out of the mafia, but your friends are and they’ll do things on your behalf, which is like six of one, half a dozen of the other, yeah, yeah, the prosecutors is saying that the guy was in one of the Families, and then sounds as if known mafia associates were testifying in Tommy’s trial, according to what Lexi wrote, he I think that tax horrific, but being cut off and exiled from your family, but then also have that.

This was from so when I posted about No, not even when I posted about this, there was a funny meme that somebody posted with Danielle and that mobster Danny. So second season, she had that guy who went with her places that was always shaking, the skinny guy with the long hair, very 80s looking, he was always shaking, wasn’t he? Cocaine is quite a drug. So one of my followers is Oh my god. So let me just tell you what this person messages me. Oh, my God. So you just posted a meme with Danny, who is Danielle’s mobster friend Season Two on real hotspots of New Jersey. I have a story about him. He is a psycho. I forgot if I ever told you, but he legitimately attacked me years ago when I used to work for the grocery store Pathmark. He wanted to receive a Western Union payment of $100
but His license was expired, so the system would not accept it. He ended up coming behind the customer service counter and grabbing me by my throat. Cops had to come and everything. Of course, the Ramsey police knew him because he was from the area in Saddle River. They asked me if I wanted to press charges, and I said, No. The funny thing is that it was the night before the season two premiere party of Jersey at the brownstone. I was friends with Ashley back then, so she gave me tickets. I had no idea that Danny was involved with the show at this point, until a few weeks later, when I saw a promo of an upcoming episode and he was on it, my mouth dropped. I text Ashley right away and told her the story. She was that shot. Apparently he was in the Hell’s Angels. Here’s the kicker. Danny and Danielle were hooking up, even though she was friends with his wife. This was prior to him coming on the show. And then he said the story is even longer and more detailed than that than what you posted was the short version. The cops wouldn’t let him leave and drive his car since His license was expired, a woman came and picked him up in a Mercedes SUV, almost positive it was Danielle. Now this part, his young son was with him, which was sad, because he was screaming, and the kid looked scared. So we knew Danielle was banging this guy. Why else would he be? Yeah, yeah, acting like her strange security person when you talk about the good old days, just put me there because but now realizing how legitimately dark it was is there is just it’s funny. We know now what we know, but even recently, there’s been so much darkness within New Jersey, more than I think, on any other show. And it’s funny because we thought it was more recent, but I feel like it was always there, and we just necessarily realize it wasn’t as in our faces. Yeah, okay, let’s talk about Vanderpump, because there’s a lot of buzz about that this week, especially our source, so the same one who told us about Brit hooking up with Jack’s friend, the basketball player, over the summer, and then it was confirmed as true. So the same source a couple weeks ago came and gave us or not came just gave us an update on what’s happening. There is a lot of speculation based on comments from the cast on various podcasts, but here is what the source says. They are finalizing Vanderpump Rules contracts by the end of next week. Once they are final, they get the green light to film. They usually pick up cameras within two weeks. This is the first time it’s been this long in negotiations, people are putting their foot down. Specifically Ariana and Lala Sheena is freaking out, and it is causing a rift between her and Lala. Sheena doesn’t want Lala to know how mad she is. She just keeps telling everyone else how mad she is in true Sheena fashion, Amanda, you’re gonna love this. So in the comments on this post, someone wrote, This can’t be true because Sheena posted happy sober anniversary to Lala today, and I wrote back, yeah, because Sheen is always honest to people’s faces. Listen, if you listen to Lala on Jeff’s pod, which I did after I received this tea while I was acting out of character. In my opinion, typically, she’s Sheena, and outright says, We do this to get the check I would get, I would venture to say that this is about her salary. I think she’s likely pissed that Ariana was given, in her opinion, so many concessions in regards to filming, and now is probably being offered a lot more money. Because, let’s face it, Lala and ariana’s day rate are not in the same ballpark, I would guess, because Ariana.
Has to look at everything as an opportunity cost, right? So what is she losing out on by saying yes to Vanderpump? So she should be able to pretty clearly justify that with numbers on paper and show other offers and be able to justify a higher salary. Because I, as much as I think the other cast mates are probably had their things too. I think she’s clearly the most in demand right now, exactly. Listen, and we’ve said this before. We heard her say on Jeff Lewis’s pod, Lala, which we’ve heard her say before, is that she doesn’t like that. She was able to call shots. Lala doesn’t like that. Ariana was able to say, No, I won’t do this. And production listened to her. Lala pointed out that she had a traumatic breakup. She had a baby. She didn’t get any sympathy from fans. I can absolutely sympathize with Lala and how hurtful it must be have been for her to watch the difference in reaction from the audience. But that is not ariana’s fault. Ariana doesn’t control the audience’s reaction. Ariana does not control love Island hiring her Chicago promo deals, glad, trash bags, batteries. Did Lala ask not to speak about it? And was told, No, you have to talk about it. I’m not sure, but Ariana did talk about it. She did film with Sandoval. She didn’t speak directly to him, but she filmed with him, right? Lala did not have to film with Randall. It’s not apples to apples, because Randall, although he was on the season with her, that one season, he wasn’t a main cast member. Tom was I remember actually Lala saying after this that she was prepared for them to bring on Randall, but they never did. So we can’t say what she would have said to production and what they would have done with that. Yeah, I read the transcripts of the interview,
and I read also her comments later, when she later admitted that doing the Jeff Lewis show that wasn’t her best showing. Do I support someone fighting to get paid absolutely. Do I think Lala is correct in her anger again, sorry, Anna. No. Do I think that sorting all of this out on camera could be an interesting storyline? Yeah, and my spidey senses, they’re telling me this is no coincidence that Lala would go on Jeff Lewis and say some things that will definitely get people talking just as contracts are being finalized. None of this surprises me. I don’t. I just don’t believe in coincidences. I think Lala is probably fighting to keep the show going and have something interesting. Because a lot of us, including a couple weeks ago, us on the pod, had been questioning, what is the story? What is going to happen? What is there there for us to watch and eke out another season of this? Yeah, lala’s recent comments are all over the place. On the one hand, she’s saying, Don’t forget where you come from. She’s we all have other opportunities now, but it’s important to remember where you came from. But yet she’s following suit, from what we hear with Ariana is and giving trouble with negotiations, whether that’s salary, whether Lala wants cert give backs as far as what she has to film. But something I don’t think we got to last week. I’m not even sure if it was out when we recorded was Katie and her new boyfriend.

Katie announces on her podcast that she has a new boyfriend. She doesn’t name who he is. But of course, within five minutes, everyone knows. I didn’t personally post the picture. I knew who he I had heard who he was. You knew who it was because you, you told me privately, but we did not post. But so this girl and I reposted at the brandy Bay made this 10 slide long post where she accuses Katie’s new boyfriend of generally hating women cheating on his ex wife with her, although, of course, she claims she didn’t know he was still married, and we just got DMS saying that this guy is a notorious cheater. Somebody told me, I suggest you Google his name, Reddit, and they’ll see all we’ll see all the testimonies, photos when he put his wife, girlfriends through people said Katie’s making a huge mistake, falling for this guy. Oh, and someone else said, B the music industry is small, and his reputation lines up with this. So Katie’s got to be ending this with him, right? Amanda say, Yes,
I’m sad for Katie in this situation, because I think it’s funny. I think she’s a really pretty good judge of character, except when it comes to her own love life. How many times have we seen something along those lines happen? A woman meets a guy with a bad reputation is Oh, but he really loves me and really wants things to be different. He wants to be different for me and almost as I can fix him mentality, not saying that Katie necessarily has that, but it’s, I can imagine that it’s he’s in her ear saying, oh, people say that they think all rock stars are the same and that we’re all cheaters and that we’re all bad people. And she is probably hearing something very different from him than what she may be hearing about outside on social media or reading that kind of thing. And I just hope that Katie is actually listening, because my worry for her is that it feels like it could be just like her to drown it all out and not listen to others and say, No, I’m trusting my own gut, or I’m trusting I’m trusting him. I just Katie follows this girl who initially posted that brandy Bay. Oh, she died. So, yeah, when I posted it, followers were like, she follows her. So she doesn’t have a huge following, a few 1000 people, so whoever she is, somebody Katie knows. So now that can go one of two ways. If it’s somebody who Katie deems unreliable or attention seeking, the guy could say to her, You’re a big name. This is somebody I dated long before you, and she’s crazy, and she’s only doing this to get followers because she’s always wanted to be an influencer and she wants to try to get on Vanderpump. The problem is, if Katie believes that where there’s smoke, there’s fire, and Katie is a very good judge of character. To your point, other people, I would hope that she learned from her 10 year relationship with Tom, and I hope she just deads it with this guy, Katie, listen. Just take some time to really listen to your gut and just know there are some amazing there are really great, amazing men out there. It’s not the other easy kind of, I think trope for people

And Lisa’s erratically shouting into her phone, her private investigators on the other line, and she’s just shouting that she’s taking it all the way. I am taking this all the way. I want the LAPD involved. How do you even know the other people live in LA? Yeah. I want Salt Lake City involved. I’m taking this all the way. This is my.

Then you have Brittany showing up with a new date, who, by the way, I didn’t even realize until they showed on the bottom, because he looked like that other Osman guy. So Heather used to hook up with this guy. He was actually better looking, at my opinion, than the Osmond guy. And Mary, knowing full freaking Well, it’s not the Osman guy runs over and goes, Hi Jared. Hi Jared.
I also it young, do I was, you got to make a meme out of that. It’s the perfect moment. It was just Mary has some great comedic timing, whether she knows it or not,
okay? And some of you guys are Why is nobody commenting on Mary’s son? It’s my understanding that he was in rehab over the summer. I hope he’s doing well. It is troubling to watch him and the girlfriend, and and then when she’s he just listens to this girl. She’s putting all the onus on the girlfriend or wife, whatever she is. And then the girlfriends love you, Mary. Hi, love you, Mary. And Mary’s love you too, babe. Yeah, it’s sad. It’s sad. And I know that feeling of my kids are young, and thank goodness, but I can imagine, I guess, how she would be, at least, if he’s here, I know where he is and what he’s doing 100% Bronwyn is a star. She is clocking Heather sharp. She is, I love her. And Mary clicking is I love that. Broadway loved Mary’s house. I it is Salt Lake City is vibing, in a way that I honestly I didn’t know what to expect. I really didn’t you always want to be hopeful, but I’m loving it. I’m loving Angie. It’s so interesting how she went from really being like a side character to the main event, and she’s so good at it. Yeah, I think it’s a good example of how and hopefully Jersey casting, you’re listening. If you take out a couple of bad apples and then you put in some other great personalities, it can work very well. Yep, 100%

And he’s, he is a very handsome face. I definitely see it, just of any of the men. I think Justin actually is quite handsome, and especially seeing the pictures of when he was younger. And then I have this Aaron guy. A lot of my gay male followers love Justin, yeah, of all of the of all the gentlemen, but yeah, this Aaron. I agree with you, the Aaron guy I got, John Hurt some I find Seth cute. I think they’re all cute, but I think that Angie’s husband’s hot. He’s my speed. I love it. I love it. I love this. For you.
