Regarding Caroline Stanbury on the new RHOLondon I would say nothing more than a guest maybe a couple times a season. For a full time role the confessionals filming would be a problem.
I know Bravo wants to keep her in the family so maybe more like 2-3 eps on Below Deck Med, and a weekend at Dorinda’s for her new show I could see easily.
She was also suppose to film for a week on RHOMiami last season but she had some flight or visa situation and didn’t make it too the states. She is very close to Larsa so maybe a pop up there at some point .

All the shows that Stanbury is on only have a couple of seasons before being canceled. I always find all the other people around her way more compelling to watch than her.
