What happened to episode 103? And today, we had a whole different WTF… Michelle and Jesse from the Valley have both gone public with new love interests. We’ve got a lot of info on Jesse’s new gf – and she has a fascinating back story that we get into. We disagree about Jax’s real motivations for telling Brittany he doesn’t want a child, but we agree that everyone’s scapegoating on Kristen and she’s getting all the blame for something most of the folks on The Valley are doing too. We had just started talking for like 20 seconds I was like I need you to talk for a minute because I need to calm down. We have had issues
are continuing so last week was on me I use my cell phones Wi Fi it created a delay when we finally were able to have the system that we use the tech service report whatever it got us the recording part of it was glitchy so while we did post it in cocktail quality we I just I didn’t want you guys to suffer through that so I asked Amanda to take it down. Yeah, hey Amanda, as you guys know is in the midst of a move. So she rented a pod studio which has Wi Fi it doesn’t work there is no
Wi Fi there’s no sign for Wi Fi there’s no anything so I had to go and like knock on somebody’s door in this creative working space be like I am so sorry but what is the Wi Fi there is no sign in I’m in the studio downstairs and so they told me but then when we were on it just sounded like there was a delay and I was trying to get the night paid for Wi Fi and then that didn’t really work either because up time with like not to get all technical on you guys but you know Wi Fi works and internet connections work both ways right there’s download speed and upload speed will upload speed is really important for us it has to be a minimum of like five Mbps because when if you live Yes, it was exactly our issue last week which is why then today when you and I are talking and we’re on a delay I’m like oh no so we are
recording this even hear the delay like there was no delay no record in the system. Right here’s the question and I don’t know if you’ll know the answer to this but hopefully one of our listeners will know if there is a way for me to like hardwire and Amanda to hardwire our computers with Wi Fi I’ll yeah oh yeah we can we do that?
Yeah, you just have to get find what you’re just using Ethernet cord I can I will send that to you but you have to have like a connection to put like so whatever the modem is however it’s coming into your building you can actually like remember back in the day when you used to have to plug your computer in you know like with the lake
doesn’t help us because like what if I’m somewhere with no Wi Fi?
I don’t know we’ll maybe yeah, cocktail hours if you have an idea for us and this is like a for me it’s like a very like temporary situation but with be like she goes down there a lot and we would love to come up with like a slightly better situation is now we’ve even learned like you could be like me
my cable company to think the reason I don’t bother is because it’s easier for me to go to the common area because when I’m there I’m with my whole family. Yeah, it’s my kids but my niece and nephew and my dad and it was just I was able to make it work last time but usually I do it early in the morning and it doesn’t work. So yeah, whatever moving on that. If we sound not the best quality, we quality quality. We promise you all this is the last week of it. I mean knock
on wood knock on frickin wood because I am yeah, we learned I am right in a rented pod studio and I can hear people going to the bat like in and out of the bathroom which does not feels like a very soundproof studio to me, but okay, so because you got we kind of skipped a beat last week, and some of you guys weren’t able to hear our pied. We have so much to catch up on. You know, I think the valley is where we should start. Yeah. Okay. So within the last week or two, both Michelle and Jesse Lally, who before the season started, or right as it started announced that they were getting separated. They have both now been publicly photographed. And I know Michelle’s Instagram official. I don’t know if Jesse has posted her but Michelle has been posting her new guy. So we had heard back before even the show started, you know, we’d heard that the two of them split. I guess we’re gonna see more of that. And then Jesse this week, walked the red carpet with a lady. So we love you guys. You
cocktail hours are the best because he literally the picture and I forget where I don’t know if he posted it, or if it was the event that people saw it and sent it whatever it was. I got a picture sent to me and I was informed who the lady was. So her name is Lacey Nicole. She apparently has tried out for Real Housewives of Orange County. Not once, guys, but twice and she has connections to Orange County housewives. She’s close with Noela she’s friends with former housewives. Lydia and Gretchen took a little scoop on her. She would also married has a young child and recently split. Hmm, this person told me a couple of different people told me and I pieced it all together. We’re hearing they split because allegedly the husband was on the controlling side. And he didn’t like that LISI Nicole was always going out and social wanted her to stay home and so has a young daughter toddler age so like Jesse some articles were saying she could socialite that’s not true. Apparently she just married a wealthy guy. Apparently, she was at the JDRF gala in Newport. And she does a lot of work with that. And she donates her time that money
Junior Diabetes Research Fund. Is that right? Is that what that stands for? Yes. Okay. Yeah.
And she’s still living in Newport Beach. And the force that I spoke to said they don’t see her moving to LA, another cocktail or said, she told me one of the nicest people, she goes out of her way for everyone. The claim she is not your typical, desperate to be payments. She’s a real friend. They claim to real for housewives. They also said that she has a very interesting and beautiful story. Lacey is a survivor of a kidnapping. And she has a beautiful daughter. Oh, this is um, I know I’m repeating this because this is a second or sorry. Yeah. And she’s dedicated her life to preventing Shane and open opening up about her personal trauma to help others. So
that’s pretty incredible. Yeah,
I saw something about because of course, I looked her up when the picture came out. And I saw something about the kidnapping. And so of course, I was curious because I was a cash and like, there was another woman I remember in California who said she got kidnapped, but it wasn’t actually kidnapped. I’m like, I don’t think this is the same person and it’s not so but I looked up. The story is crazy. So I thought I would just tell you guys really quickly. There was an LA Times article about it. In October of 2012. She was living with a roommate. They were at home when masked intruders broke into their house, zip tied them gagged them, blindfolded them and put them both into the back of a van. I guess. Yeah, so her roommate I guess was a dispensary owner like dispensary like where you buy legal pot in California so she can hear him in the back. I guess they were in the van for a long time. She can hear him in the back of the van getting beaten with a rubber hose and he is like an stung with a stun gun. He’s like screaming because it’s painful. I guess he was technically he was apparently the target of the kidnapping. And she was I guess collateral damage. So the kidnappers are yelling at him about his business saying like, and then they thought that he had like a million dollars buried somewhere in the desert. So they took them both the kidnappers took them both to the Mojave Desert to some mine in the desert. And then she could hear him like hear them pouring something on her roommate. It was bleached they pour bleach all over him. And they left I guess before one of the kidnappers left. He pressed a pocket knife into her hands that were zip tied and said that he was going to throw With a knife and then if she could find it, she could cut herself free. Remember she’s, you know, blinded, gagged, zip tied at the hands and the feet. She somehow did find the knife. She cut the middle of the desert in the middle of the desert with a blindfold and a gag and both her hands. So I guess she was able to use the knife to get this tie off her feet, but not off of her hands. So then she goes and walks on the highway, and was actually found by a highway patrolman. She’s like, I couldn’t wait because my hands were tied together. They were okay. Yeah, I think so. Yeah. And that. Yeah, so the patrolman and they like arrested. The guy. I don’t actually know exactly what happened. Like how injured the roommate was, I should follow up back up and find that story again. But I mean, what a crazy story.
And we can’t even get the Wi Fi to work.
I know. I know. I’m like, she sounds like a badass.
I mean, bravo. Like, this is so many. We want to see this. Clearly. This woman is an absolute bad ass. Yes. Make her house like, it kind of leads me to believe that meaning that speculation that she tried out two times in theaters. Maybe they were interested in her and she wasn’t interested because I can’t imagine that they found
no. Well, I was just gonna say why. And they would pick Noela. Yeah, a
lot more interesting than Lacey Nicole who sound incredible. Oh, that that real flop Nicole, whatever her name was James. So I’m gonna go ahead and say that. She’s not a want to be housewife.
Yeah, I mean, who knows? But yeah, she’s gorgeous, too. So
really beautiful. Wow. Yeah, we need to we need to follow up, we will follow up and let you know about her roommate, because now we need to know. Yeah. So somebody else reached out. I may speak claimed that her and Jessie. So Lisa Nicole, the girl we were just talking about who walked the red carpet with Jessie. And we all assumed that since they had been spotted at a couple of different events together, going back to March, they are romantically involved. But somebody said they’re just good friends. I mean, to me, I feel like maybe it’s too soon for them to go public. So they’re going with the good friends thing, because they’re like still getting to know each other, which is totally fine. It kind of seems like Jessie wouldn’t walk the red carpet unless there was a romantic interest because I feel like he wants to look like an eligible bachelor. He’s on the scene and everything. So I’m gonna go ahead and say there’s an interest at least on his end. Now, whether it you know, real quieted. Yeah.
You know, so I didn’t get a chance to listen. But the cocktails were going back and forth. He was on somebody’s podcast this week. And they’re like, he actually was very likeable. And they’re like, We didn’t want to like him, but we like him. So I don’t you know, and like, who knows, maybe he doesn’t want to, maybe he’s a relationship guy. And he doesn’t want to, you know, play the fields. Who knows? Okay. And
I also don’t think it’s fair. And I actually, so a lot of you didn’t hear the pie last week, but I had like, some strong opinions on Michelle, I’m watching this week and seeing how Michelle interacted with Neo and Nia was expressing how upset and just seeing how genuine it was on Michelle’s part. I feel like it’s really unfair of us to judge Jessie or Michelle too harshly. Because we’re honestly seeing them at the hardest point in their lives, probably, or at least their adult lives, or at least their marriage. And so I don’t really think it’s fair to pass a full judgment on somebody when they’re in the mix. Yeah, are saying with a young child involved, so I’m going to hold judgment. Like Jesse kind of seems like a jerky guy, but he’s in a really weird spot right now that spot so I feel like season two, I will allow myself because it’s like
so now I can’t remember if I said this last week or not, because we’ve been living in this like, craziness. So I have a theory that they were already on the way out of their marriage. Got the show, tried to make it work, whatever. Or at least we’re agreed we’re gonna just make it look for the cameras because there’s no rawness there. There’s a little bit with him, but barely any with her. It just makes me feel like they’ve kind of felt these feelings made these decisions. And that that’s a little bit to why she is coming off as a little emotionless through this. We’ve
had this before many times, and I’ve said it, you said it. I think the ladies I listened to it can agree almost always. When women have made their mind up. There’s no going back. Yeah. So he is now at the stage where he wants to win her back, but it’s too late. Her mind is made up and I just feel like that’s what we’re seeing. Right. Yeah, still was holding out hope. Yeah,

Okay, so let’s talk about all like some of the other characters, characters. I mean, they’re actual people, but you know what I mean? And that characters as in like these crazy folk on this show, so Janet and Jason, we got to see a lot of them this week. What do you think about them? I really loved
when Janice husband joked that he didn’t realize that when Janet left her job when she was pregnant, she would take up another job. He was of course referring to her involvement in everyone’s drama and her gossiping, I’m not taking a liking to Janet. She strikes me as somebody who thinks she’s smarter than other people. And I don’t like how she thinks she can ice out Kristen. Yeah, she’s talking poorly about Jackson Britney. There’s like this entitlement to her so far. And she’s an unknown and she’s on the show because of these people that she’s so quick to insult.

Yeah, so, you know, we had heard that she made friends with them to social climb to get on reality television and that’s all ringing true to me. She also has no storyline. I mean, other than the fact that she’d find it in married yeah, she left her job because she was pregnant which is not typically what people do so her job to be a reality star.
I wouldn’t stay until the day I went into labor with both kids by the way not that I’m like saying like this is the way to do it. But I had to manage you know, I wanted as much maternity on the other end, you know, like I wanted my full maternity leave after so yeah. But like, I just I don’t find her interesting. I
find her like bitter. And I also get the sense that her husband is sitting there like seeing a new side of his wife and kind of like what the hell yeah.
I completely was singing out when you could just see like he had this like almost caged animal look during one of their confessionals that they were doing together where like, she’s kind of talking and like, you can just see the look on his face. He’s like, What did I get myself into? I liked her. At first, I started to really see through her I think a couple of episodes ago. I like Jason I don’t feel like he’s really adding a ton other than like, sprinkles of sanity everywhere to the show, but I’m kind of struggling with Janet and I don’t I don’t feel like everyone needs a storyline, necessarily.
No, but you need to then be an interesting person and somebody I want to watch and I don’t feel that way about her or her husband.
Yeah, and I don’t I don’t like it that she’s like so quick to go after. You know, I’m like you’re I am finding myself protective of Kristen the empath. Okay, so tangentially to them because they offer to watch Jax and Brittany’s son Cruz, while Brittany and Jax decide to go on an overnight date, which starts by Jax taking Brittany to go see a tantric sex counselor and then they are supposed to have like a romantic night at a hotel that night. Okay, so
I saw a lot of people making fun of this online thing to be fair to Jax. And of course, it’s hard to see those words. But to be fair to him, she has been very vocal about wanting a more sexual relationship. So I think that he was doing a good thing. He was trying to fulfill that right. Yeah, another thing and I can’t believe I’m sticking up for Jack, but I am. So a little bit late a little bit after that. We see them having a conversation. So of course in that conversation, he did say plenty that I didn’t agree with, like when he brought up the house, kind of making it sound like she was like, What are you talking about? Like we put equal money in? Okay. Yes. When he was explaining to her like, Listen, I want to get back on track. I agree that we’re off track. Yes, we’re we want to work on our sex life. Yes, we want to manage everything that’s coming our way. But having adding a trial to that. It just doesn’t make sense right now. i He’s being sensible.
All right, I have to completely disagree with you. Because I don’t think he’s actually taking any of it seriously. I think he’s saying, Okay, I don’t want to have another kid because of the businesses and like, because I want us to fully support Cruz because he’s nonverbal. And, and, you know, he really needs us like, I’m sorry, I just don’t I don’t believe him. I don’t I think he’s just already decided he is not into Brittany, because I don’t believe that he is just not having sex. Because he stressed out generally, that is just not that’s like, that’s not a thing. That’s not a thing people do like you still have sex. If you’re I agree with that. Yeah. And so like not having the baby. I think he might not even be fully honest with himself about why because I maybe in like, either he knows or part of him knows. And he just hasn’t fully realized that he’s not ready to, or he doesn’t want to have another kid because he doesn’t want to be with Bernie but like, Brittany even calls it on the show that he hasn’t been attracted to her since she was pregnant. And like, I think she wants out.
She can tell like, yeah,
she knows no,
a woman knows. Period. End of story. Yes. But I don’t know if he’s like at a conscious level. And you know what, I don’t want to have two kids in this mix. Because I don’t think we’re gonna be together. I think it’s more just like, it’s that feeling right? Like what he wants to do. And so yeah, maybe that? I don’t know. Yeah,
I don’t know. I just don’t whatever the
intention is that that could she knows something off and she’s posing is almost like, she’s basically saying the same thing. Like, I don’t know if we’re gonna work out I want more than one kid. And I guess her view on it is like, I’d rather Jeff just be the father of all my kids. Anyway, so let’s get the kids out. And then we’ll call Oh,
dear God, I want to shake her a little bit with that because like, that’s the worst idea. It’s so hard to co parent and then like, try to co parent with like a little tiny baby like, oh my gosh, I wouldn’t, I wouldn’t do it and she’s still she’s young. Like she can have a bunch more kids with the right person. I just don’t think they’re right for each other. Okay, so I am dying to talk to you about this, because I even sent you like, we’ll talk about the video that I sent you last night. And it may. But I have been wanting to talk to you about the scene. So the next scene actually, so Luke goes bowling with Jason Janet’s husband and Jax. And it’s very clear, like they’re there to discuss, Kristen, and like, quote, unquote, what to do about her. And they both say, really, mostly, Jack says, like, you got to talk to Kristen because the group, you know, is pissed at her. So then he’s like, Yeah, you’re right. Something needs to be done, which I think are almost the exact words that he used, which I was like, I don’t fucking like that. And then when he goes on, he talks to Kristen and it has this conversation with her and says, essentially like that she’s messing everything up by twisting her words and taking what something is said and then changing it slightly, and it’s messing a lot of things up. Like, she turns into this weird robot, Kristen, that I have never seen other than when, like that one day when she was like, trying to get back to friendship was Stasi, like I remember her kind of doing this then. But it’s the weirdest thing. It’s like all the fight all the spirit, all the everything went out of her. And she’s like, yes, you’re right. Yes. Uh huh. You’re right. You’re right. That’s all she kind of keeps saying and like, there’s no fight in her. I’ve never what did you think of that?
super interesting. And a lot of people actually DM me about it. And even the way he says that I forget the exact words he uses. It’s like she wants to play with almost like, she knows she’s wrong. But instead of like, really hearing it, and like reflecting on it, the sort of giving him what he wants. Like, she says her work. Yeah, you’re right. Can we move on now? Yeah.
And then she’s like, but they still know. Like, I
know, I’m wrong, but I have no intention of changing but I wanted to move past this. And then we can have this conversation again. Kind of like the remoteness thing or school of I’m sorry, but I’m still gonna do
it. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. Because then what is it? She’s like, and I know they like I know that they know that there’s something going on referring to Jessie and Michelle. It’s just unlike Luke’s like, I don’t know if I can get through to her. And that’s like, literally like kind of how the show ends. I don’t know it was it was interesting and so ice I sent this video basically

Yeah, which I don’t like I didn’t like how Jack’s talked about her ego like I just feel like everyone’s just using her as this like scape goat and I don’t I don’t like it and like Chris has never been my favorite. I’ve never been Kristen fan in general. But like I feel a little protective of her. I don’t know. Because her let’s
face it. Her and Jack are the building blocks of this show. Without them it would not have been greenlit. Like we’re you know they had basically to cast filming around that right but Ajax which Listen, all respect to Birkby.
She’s famous because
of who she’s married to easily reality television
personality. You
could really substitute him with any woman you know what I’m saying? Yeah, cuz she if she were with a Brittany were married to Jason Janet’s lawyer husband, she wouldn’t be famous. No,
she’s not interesting enough because Justine she
probably happy to be with somebody like Jason but not famous. Yes. Agreed. And
so Kristen is basically the male Jack’s and Jackson Kristen can carry your show quite swimmingly, yeah, love them, dislike them, anything in between, they can carry a show, they are the entertainment. And everybody around them just can feed off of it and discuss them. And the Chicago show Chris in a little bit more respect, because you don’t they do backtrack a little bit, but sort of in like a light hearted way, where they’re really going in on Kristen. And it’s like, well, she was good enough for you to be friends with to get on a show.
Right? And Jackson is doing the exact same shit as she isn’t. She’s catching all of the heat. He’s out there talking to other people about their stuff. And she is she’s catching all the heat for this and I don’t I don’t know why other than like, sometimes that happens is like people even when like two people both do something if there’s somebody that people like better. The other one tends to get catch more of a heat. I feel like and I feel like you know, like I said she’s just kind of getting scapegoated a little bit not that she’s and I don’t mean that to say guys, that she’s not wrong in a lot of the things she’s doing. I’m not saying that I’m just saying she somehow is catching all of the heat for things that everybody else is doing to
right. Yeah,
like what Janet did with commenting about about Oh, Michelle somehow that doesn’t matter. Just Christian repeating it. Yeah.
I mean, Jasmine told, talked to Jana and about it to Jasmine
Jasmine is gossiping about Michelle cheating. Yes, he gases gossiping about Michelle cheating texting but only Kristen gets the heat.
Exactly. And that’s why I’m just feeling kind of protective of her because I’m like, it’s kind of bullshit like, yes, she deserves to catch some heat, but like she’s doing everything. She’s doing the same shit as everybody else is. Okay, so I sent you a video last night, because I kept rewinding the scene on when Kristen and Luke are at Kristen’s apartment. And there was something I was like what is going on? Because there’s two refrigerators in her like small apartment. So you see, like, Yeah, her go to the freezer for ice or whatever. You see her back and like she’s in there. And then like, the camera swings around, and like you still see this part of the refrigerator. And you see Luke standing there and like the the front or the apartment behind him, right? And then he goes and sits on the couch. And then Kristen comes and sits next to him on the couch. And then you can see another refrigerator on that wall next to the couch. So I don’t know maybe we
can think of is that the refrigerators look big like they didn’t look like a full sized refrigerator. Like it’s
taller than Kristen No and Lou great like, so it looks like it’s like not your like, yeah, refrigerators. Oh, it’s fashion kinds with like the freezer on top. You know like it’s not not the like double door kind. Like you had like the standard what we had his kid? Yeah,
I don’t I want some people still do all I’m just saying yeah, the standard. The only thing I don’t understand. It’s only two people. So let’s say like lifted. Would I have to? Would I have two refrigerators? On my main floor? No. But certainly there are many family to have like a refrigerator in the basement or the garage or whatever. Because you have kids and stuff. Wax would have shirts and food, whatever. But there are only two people. I
don’t think so. I was watching it because I’m like, I wonder if they this was tricky editing and this conversation happens. Because remember, she moved apartments. I think it was partially filmed in the old apartment and partially filmed in the new apartment because like there’s nobody in LA in apartments rental apartments has two refrigerators. Like, that’s like not even that’s an especially that’s just not your thing. And so that’s the only thing I can think of it would make any sense unless
Luke keeps kosher something like what? Like what would the other reason be like if you had to keep food separate? For like religious reasons is the only thing and I don’t believe he needs to correct me if I’m wrong. No,
I mean, yeah, that could be the reason I don’t I don’t know. I think that I think it was been
discussed that would have been a good storyline. I’m so sick of them talking about sex. Like nobody wants to hear about them having sex 15 times a day. Yeah. Leaves it a he does not seem like a sex screen. Yeah, I can’t get past the Vincent van Gogh. I just as I just Yeah,

I don’t know, I was in Florida. So I always do a hot pink when I’m like, on the beach. Yeah, like a hot orange or, you know, yeah, something. But now it’s communion season. So I feel like I’ll be doing probably later paint. Yeah,
that would be pretty cool. Barbie pink would be cute. Okay, Vanderpump. So, which I find by the way, like, I’m watching this again last night. And I’m like the line between Vanderpump and the valley is really getting very blurred. Like, if you decided to just start watching the valley. And thinking about the facade. I’m like, there’s a lot of stuff they show from Vanderpump that like we get because we’ve seen it, but I feel like people who are new to this whole universe, versus they just started with the valley might not understand some of the stuff. I don’t know, Ariana, and Brock. So, you know, he kind of approaches her and is like, think you should like go like, in order to be happy, you should stop being so angry all the time is essentially, you know, the headline of what he says to her. And then she says to him, fight harder to move on. And focus on the good. You 100% don’t have to forgive anyone that has traumatized you. And then she talks about this whole term called gray rocking, which I had just heard of, like last summer for the first time, which essentially just means keeping the response and interaction with either a person who’s hurt you or this article that I read was really talking about this is a good way to deal with a narcissist. Because narcissists really want to get the reactions so the best way to respond to them is to pretty much not respond and not interact because getting interactions and getting reactions from the other person is what they want. And Ariana is like he know he would just lie and twist things. If I did respond, right.
I absolutely loved her panning Brock has asked. I think it’s amazing and like, we’re all hearing what you’re saying, Brock, you’re basically like, listen, girl, get it together because we’re filming this show. And this is my wife’s livelihood. Yeah, I also loved that she pointed out to him and I love first of all, I love that she stayed very calm. And it was borderline condescending, which I appreciate it in this in this capacity to be honest with you because he deserved it because he keeps going there with her. And I just feel like broken her aren’t fond. Brock is very clearly her friend’s husband, right? Yeah. Brock has moved on to Sandoval. He’s forgiven him he’s friendly with him. Sheena is his wife and Ariana very clearly tolerated him as a result of that right? Yeah, so I love that she calmly said to him, you know like nobody has a problem with nail rage. But women are expected to tough it out forgiving forget not as your anger. Like I think all emotions are important. I think it’s important for me to be angry for me to have rage for me to move on from you to experience good feelings, but they’re all important emotions for a woman. And like she really said I’m down because like all I obviously can’t speak to being a woman but I just mean like it’d be better. Like better for who? Yeah, Brock
is playing checkers here. I honestly in chess match. Yeah, yeah, you really is and like, God bless him, like, I think I can see where he’s what he’s trying to do too is like, try to be the bridge and like, try to get everybody to like, go along to get along. But he’s, he’s in
way over his steps. You know,
I honestly, for a very long time felt like I always found it a little weird. Ariana was best friends with Sheena because I feel the same about their friendship. And I think like, we’re starting to see that shake out now. Like, yeah,
she’s kind of seeing.
I will, and we’ll discuss all that.
What do you think so? Okay, my opinion of the bat joining them on activities is I think it was one of my behind the scenes deal, right? Like, I feel like, they were like, No, you have to throw it around. She was like, okay, so she showed him in the hotel room on the plane. And then she was like, directed during group activities. Oh, so
you think she said that? Because like, I was wondering about that, too. And like, because he almost seems like he kind of wanted to go. But it felt to me like I was like, maybe production was we don’t want you to come because I felt Ariana would have went production
not wanting to come production wants interactions. I feel like Ariana and him wanted to minimize it and not give sandable ample opportunity to come over and talk to him and get comfortable.
But would they have just been over the two of them just talking in the corner? And was that maybe what production was worried about that Ariana wouldn’t like interact with the rest of the group? If Daniels right there, and they’re just making out in the corner? I don’t know. But yeah, I see what you’re saying. It could have been her way.
But I disagree. Because I think that they would have had Rolla and she now had to like work their way over. I’d be like, I’d come over like, you know what I’m saying? No, no, I think it was more. I don’t think Dan really she said that Dan was not really interested in filming. And we would see him a little because she had to. But like, he doesn’t want to be on reality TV. I also think she was sending a message to her classmates, like, my new boyfriend isn’t in it because he wants spam because he’s not even coming on these
things. Yeah. Yeah,
I agree. Part of her mo as well. Like, he’s just into me. He wants to be with me at night or were in the room. But he doesn’t care about filming and getting screen time. I think that was part of the MO too. And
that’s, I didn’t even think about that. I think that’s a really that’s a good point, Sheena. I mean, once again, like, why she continues to be my be easy. Like, she just annoyed the shit out of me during this episode. Because they before they leave for San Francisco, they have this quote unquote meeting which felt like total BS where, you know, they’re talking about the upcoming performance and, you know, Sienna Hall, like, she looks like she’s sitting there, buddy, like, like she was told, like, sandable is gonna apologize. So just be prepared, because it’s like she looked like she was, you know, ready to hear an apology. He gives it. She immediately kind of forgives him. And then Arianna brings up a great point when she was hugging abroad. She was like, helped me understand why you and Sina would want somebody in your lives who treats she like this. It’s not even about how he treated me. It’s about how he just treated Sheena and why do you guys just keep on like just laying down and letting him do it and then forgiving him?
At what point? Okay, the Sheena’s say, You know what, I tried to make this work for filming, but at that he disrespects me. continuingly continually, like, when did Brock say that? At what point they see come to that realization and say, Who the hell was Kyle Chan and why do I need to be in his performance? I don’t want to be around sandable you know what, Kyle? It’s understandable. Okay, he’s your friend. So I won’t be in the performance. Like damn yet. I understand. Initially, Harun Lala wanted to keep it going and want to whatever but at this point, why are we redeeming somebody who is now screaming at you at a party? He is not nice to you? Yeah, does respect you. And you just forgive him for what reason? I really truly don’t get it. Why didn’t Malala and Sheena band together with Haiti and Ariana I like ice out Sandoval? Yeah. Do they feel that he’s that integral to the cast like to the show? Like I don’t I
don’t know I think production Gods them and said like, he’s not going anywhere. So you guys have to make this work. And they took production for their word and like that’s kind of where they are. So I don’t know this is where again like you and I’ve talked about this now a couple times this season where there’s just things like this that are happening that just don’t feel real. Right and it doesn’t add up to me. Yeah. Did you see all Jana and Katie on watch what happens I’m I can

I thought that they could have went in and said a lot. miroir I found that a little annoying to be quite honest with you that Arianna said like she wasn’t up to date with everything that she had said. And she hadn’t watched this and that because she was busy with her Broadway show like girl. If you didn’t see it in full, you saw the clip they were sent to you because they were they were sent all of us, right. And if Katie didn’t tell you like you had a five hour flight from Cali to New York. She took the high road. She definitely indicated she wasn’t happy with them. She said flat out she was a better friend to Sandoval again, when she was pressed. When she was pressed, she did give us the answers, that we know that she’s not thrilled with them. And but it’s almost like she’s been too aloof. And like, she doesn’t care. I think she should have been more transparent or does she really not care that much? If she really moved on? Like she kind of like, you know what? They showed me who they were this season and they’re not really my friends. So yeah, she’s above it. And then you have Lala and Sheena who are like so thirsty and so invested. So on the flip of it, to what degree are Katie and Ariana not carry? You know what I’m saying? I don’t even mean thirsty to film and all this.
I mean, like,
you don’t have a strong reaction to her. unfollowing you you laugh it off like oh, she’s nobody. She’s useless. She’s
this she’s that.
So if you don’t care, how do you keep a series going? Yeah,

keep it interesting. If there’s no reaction, or Watch What Happens Live and if you’re not giving anything you know at the reunion apparently it was boring. But then Ariana and Lala go at it and near disarrayed each other. So like we’ll see that emotion but this Watch What Happens Live episode seems to me like Ariana is like, Listen, I’m on my way to to
love her Island. Love Island. Yeah, perfectly Island. I
don’t know, whatever it is. I was just on Broadway.
I have a DSW deal. I
am scribing. I’m listening to all the praise and none of the nonsense, which is awesome. And like, good for you. Like I do believe that that is healthy. And I’m happy for her. I just don’t know how that makes her interesting. To continue to be on Vanderpump Rules. I yeah,
I just I am wondering where the path forward is for the show. I it just becomes more and more questionable to me every episode, you know, like, Yeah, and like we heard. Yeah. So we heard and posted this week that the under Pomp is going to be pausing in terms of filming for the summer, because they usually film in the summer. I guess there is a lot of speculation about this, but we have gotten some answers from some sources.
So tell us what you got.
So we got a lot of stuff about this. And like a lot of it makes sense. And then there’s some things that are like, Oh, okay, so they’re called in for the summer. First things first, Ariana won’t be around. He is filming love Island, she’s going to be in Fiji. A lot to do in September. I’m sure Allah isn’t happy that her pregnancy won’t be on. But they’re probably like, Okay, well, we’ll see the baby once the baby’s born. You know, some people are said to me, like Tom isn’t very well liked. They tried to redeem him, it clearly didn’t work out. Well, time for a break, like, let them live. Let them get some new material, make some new mistakes. Give us a good show. You know, there’s legal things to deal with. Right. So Tom and Ariana are being sued, but they’re going to give the whole we can’t discuss that. So maybe they’re also letting some room for that shake out so that that can be part of a storyline. Right. So yeah, like, that all makes sense. Yeah,
I think all of that absolutely. Makes sense. I think they could be looking to see if we think that there can even be a show moving forward. Could be like, you know, one of the scenarios I think they’re considering, I also think we’re starting to see what’s looking like an official Bravo strategy. You know, we’ve seen it with some of the other shows, some of like, I think New Jersey was one where they’re spacing out the filming. So they’re not filming at the same time, every year, so that we start to miss some of these people, and then they get some higher ratings. So
yeah, and I think that that also plays into the fact that the salaries are very heavy. But like, that’s not the only reason because they could have started those negotiations months ago to avoid that if it were over money.
Yeah, but if you’re still paying them, but you’re not you’re only paying them instead of once a year. You’re paying them that salary once every year and a half then that does spread out the money. It does put up the money too. So I think what you had said too, is that evolution, the production company has four hit shows now and so they’re kind of doing a one at a time. I approach minus some like pickup shoots here and there which I’m sure like they did a pickup shoot of Ariana on Broadway, right? Or, you know, things like that, like we’ve known, you know, they’ll pick back up something bigs gonna happen like when Carlin Lindsey broke up, right, so we know Yeah, like that I think it could be the production company making this an official strategy to I mean, and then we also know like, the Olympics are coming in July and that, you know, almost nobody puts out new programming during the Olympics because there’s so many eyes on what’s happening just on an international level. So I think that can
be part of it too.
The Olympics are on like, it’s so exciting. Are you a

I went and saw at I guess Madison Square Garden or something. I
forget. I was young. Yeah. And I had her autograph and I managed to garden and autograph and like weeks later gluey right here in the knee. Yeah. And of course that like tied in like I love figure skating, and I always love drama, the drama. I know, such a time second only to any fair, fair. Could
you know that you may face a scandal? Was
she the one who had the affair with Foucault? Yes.
What happened in Long Island, which feed on New York City girls, so it was like close to home? Well,
you know, people like to say that you actually live in longer.

swims and like my husband’s whole family are like into swimming they’re like you know what I’m saying so I don’t know I feel like maybe it’s not as exciting now that Phelps is gone because those years when Phelps and all like those guys I can’t think of all their names there was that other wacky one who like got into trouble Brian? Lackey like T Mobile reality? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, like I like that era. But the swimming I find exciting. Yeah, yeah. So listen, in regards to Vanderpump Rules do I think they’re focusing on the valley? Yeah. Now we do know that as of right now they’re they don’t have a reunion. I have some
intel on that
on the valley. They’re not going to do a reunion. I think they so
it’s Nora says they believe that they ultimately will do a reunion but that production company is not evolution and it’s a little bit of a mess as far as getting it together. So it’s like not on the calendar so I need even more semantics thing. And like all the valleys not having a reunion I think it’s more of a when are we doing it? How are we making it happen? Deal? Yeah, I’m not concerned that we won’t have a reunion. I would be shocked if we didn’t. What do you what are you working parents upon look like? Like, because I do here is coming back? Does it look like focusing on James Katie Ariana, like their Ariana and Katy shop if it ever opens it’s supposed to open may 22. James and maybe adding to that. I mean, Lala and Sheena, we know they’re they’re ready to go to the valley. The Toms could easily pop up on the valley. This is another little little side note. So somebody told me that Jax was paid a fortune for those couple of pop up like when he came in screaming at Sandoval. And then when he waved over the fence and Vanderpol oh, we need bank to appear. Oh,
interesting. I would have figured it would have just been part of his contract to help like get the valley promoted and going.
And again, you know, people saying things and everything isn’t, you know, holy 100% True. This could be a narrative that he put out there but that’s what I heard. But I do hear that Vanderpump Rules cast feels blindsided by this quote unquote, pause. Listen, I think that people Scheana and Lala, were hoping for double the check that will the fun dude exposure.
Let me ask you a question. Do you want to see Bala and Sheena on the valley? And you can separate them? I’m not saying they have to be a package deal.
I’ll be honest with you. I wouldn’t mind seeing them. I think they they make good television. I think that they could cut Janet. They could bring Lala and Sheena and they could kind of see how it goes. I don’t think it would hurt anything. I think. I think in the same way that seeing Josh and Kristen together is so organic, and they can’t hide from each other’s for Yeah, in the same way
that Dylan’s hurting. Yeah, because I kind of wonder like, I am actually kind of, I’m interested in.

I’m interested in Jasmine. I feel like because we’re not seeing kind of more of their home life. We’re not seeing as, you know, their role is, you know, as sort of like more like a friend of on housewives. And so like, I kind of wonder like, how they will continue to fit in because they’re very much, you know, sometimes here or sometimes not. And yeah, I mean, if if Janet and Jason were to be gone, that would definitely leave more room. I just I don’t know I I struggle because I feel like Lala wouldn’t be the greatest cultural fit in terms of like, I just don’t think that she seems like she would want to be friends with some of those women. And then Sheena, I could see Sheena and Brock on there. I just wouldn’t want it to become the Sheena show because I think it’s what like I think the new people, I want to see more of them. I think they’re more interesting than Sheena.
And I think that Sheena and Lala may be surprised to find out that they’re not as valuable and that they will be paid a comparable salary. Because I think a lot of the audience I think that Lala especially is feeling the heat. Yeah, I think we’re seeing a side of her and at some point I think he the same way he finally owned up to maybe I was the other woman at some point. You may have to own up to say like maybe I was being here to Ariana, why are you grilling dad like, you haven’t even really been tight with Ariana you pass a lot of judgment on her moving on quickly. And now you’re like grilling her like You’re like her sis who like wants to make sure he’s a good guy, but it just doesn’t feel authentic. I think, you know, a lot tricky because Lala came on and we all were kind of like and and then of course she was a quote unquote mistress, but then she did witness over and especially I think last year I was very into her when she supported Ariana after her becoming a mother. She definitely appealed to the audience more but she’s kind of back to not appealing and it’s okay to be a villain, right? Yeah, it does make for good reality television. But it doesn’t necessarily translate when you’re an influencer and a pied cat Well, podcast, it can translate but more like brand deals and stuff. Right? Like as an example. Gretchen, this is a little this is a little tidbit. So I have a girl who follows names a big Bravo fan and she’s a big time influencer. I won’t say who she is. But I’m talking like big time, like million followers, huge brand deals, all this kind of stuff. And so she was at like an influencer event with Gretchen Griffin owner. Oh, say like, and she makes it to Gretchen. Like, why don’t you monetize more and do this and not Russia? Russia was like to be quite honest with you. I have a large following. And I get a lot of people looking at my stuff. But it doesn’t monetize because my following doesn’t like me.
So people like I was like a late follow her for
right. That was like a light bulb moment for me. And it also made me think of someone like Gen eight and like, remember when that was part of the jersey? The Jersey era.
Oh, and she was talking about? Yeah, her brand deals? Yeah. Because
people tune in for her right. But do they want to buy what she’s wearing? Do they want to use the makeup? Or like Teresa? She’s like, these people that dislike her. But then there’s a ton of people who like her and find her charming and everything like that, like Melissa Gorga who people are like, Oh, she’s so boring kills it with brand deals because Melissa is the girl that people relate to the gal that people want to dress like Rachel Fouda you know what I’m saying? When you’re la-la When you become unlikable, it affects your other businesses. Yeah. No, I think that’s I’m just spitballing putting pieces together as we’re recording on our respective cell phones don’t get the audio. We
care about the audio. We do guys. We’re just trying to get a show out
there. If you’re listening Oh, and if you guys are Lolo fans, you could send her this bit of audio and she could really send us a Wi Fi extender and let her know that like, I feel like she can be likable. I actually really, really liked her at a point and now she’s turning people off like I still see the soft side of her. Because I think that she has a she is very insecure. That always has come through to me despite the fact that she’s a knockout and she’s intelligent and she’s talented. She has an insecurity. Bethenny Frankel strikes me to say why Yeah, like, a natural confidence is something that some people just don’t have, regardless of their looks or their wealth or their success. Right. So I just feel like Lala needs to face the facts head on. Ariana is a very naturally confident person, and it can come off as arrogance. I know myself, and certainly, people have said it to me. Onto the onto my account like that I seem arrogant. I think there is a fine line between arrogance and confidence. Right? Yeah. And I certainly can come off and there are times I intend to come off as arrogant. Like, but the reality is when you trust yourself, and you know yourself, and you believe in yourself, people can take that the wrong way, especially when they don’t have that feeling about themselves.
Yeah, because if you’re if you’re willing to tell people they can go pound sands because they’re being a jerk or whatever. Or go scratch I think is a term I’ve heard you use before go pound sand isn’t is one of my go twos. But like when you tell people that right, like, they think that you’re being arrogant be you really mean and because you’re like, I don’t need people like this in my life.
Right? Yeah. Like I know very well who I am. So I don’t like anybody who’s in my life can it will be adding to it, I will not have a leech. And that’s not to say that I never did as a teenager or a younger person. But like, as an adult woman, as Lala is an as a mother as Malala is and as a professional as well, it is and in my work. I don’t have any tolerance for it. Yeah. Which is why I think I relate so much to Ariana, like, I there is a place for all those emotions. And I don’t need to forgive and forget I can live my best life and never forgive somebody. I’m fine with that. It doesn’t mean I wish anyone harm. I’m not. I’m not a grudge holder or a spiteful person. But if somebody did, my husband did me the way Sandoval did her, there would be no forgiveness. It would be like just moving past it co parenting as appropriately as I could. For my children’s sake. Right. That’s not right. I could, I could gray rock all day, baby.
I know. And yeah, I feel the same way. Okay, before we wrap up, I have a question for you. We got some intel saying that some? And didn’t it? It was unclear if it was like more than one or one. Cast Members are feeling blindsided by this pause and that they are spiraling. Who do you think it is?
I mean, female are the obvious answers. James James is no future on the valley. So certainly it could be him. Katie has said she doesn’t want to go to the valley. She doesn’t want to fill up the majority of those people. So it could be her. I don’t think Ed would be vulnerable enough to be vocal about it, though, to be honest with you. Yeah. Like she might think it she might tell like a close couple of close friends, but she’s not gonna like tell people where it would get out. The only one I don’t think is I feel like Ariana because Ariana is the only one that benefits. If it comes back on then. And it’s truly just a pause, then that’s great, because there’ll be rapid love Island, and she’ll be able to collect her next check from PPR and if it doesn’t, she has a
lot of options. Yeah,
I agree. I mean, she was born to spirals, so I think it could be her long. I don’t know if she’s as much of a spiral or I think she’s probably the one though who’s been like, guys, like, this is a cast ensemble. We all need each other to make this work. Like I feel like she’s probably the one who’s Yeah, she’s
