Why are none of the Bravo accounts talking about Whitney Rose turning her existing skincare line into a mlm?
She mentioned on the show her husband lost his job because of the show and all along Justin’s career has been in the MLM industry.
There’s a video of her presenting her new company SOL and it’s so cringe. She sounds like she’s brand new to her own brand that’s she’s had now for a few years.

MLM = Multi-Level Marketing? So, like Mary Kay? I’m confused. I just went on her website and they have a login for brand ambassadors. But brand ambassadors are pretty standard these days, particularly for beauty brands. There’s a video of her talking about her new company, but I didn’t get cringe from it. I do see something that says “Keep shopping for a limited time,” which suggests maybe you won’t be able to direct buy from the website in the future? Is that what the poster is talking about?
I don’t know … I tend to let businesspeople run their business. They’re living it day-to-day. And goodness knows it is not easy for businesses these days. So, why not just let them do what they think is best for their business?
She named her company Sh!$ Out of Luck??

There are tons of MLM companies…nothing new.
Isn’t this the third time she has changed the name? If it wasn’t successful the first two, what is going to be the difference now?

An MLM screwing the down-stream salespeople? No way! Color me shocked!
As a military spouse there are TONS of ppl who get into MLMs. My husband retired in 2017 & I felt like almost everyone was into Lularoe (or whatever it was called). I would attend bunco parties & at least 3/4s of the ladies there were selling it. (It was Pampered Chef before that.) Very few ppl actually made money. Then, during our last 6 mos is when the shit started hitting the fan & Lularoe was failing. I also volunteered at Navy-Marine Corp Relief & saw families caught up in the financial downfall of having to constantly purchase clothing. The local flea markets were FULL of Lularoe – it was crazy. BUT… we also had friends who got into Amway & became Diamonds (top sellers/group heads?IDK) so it’s obviously possible to make something out of MLMs. They did get out once they reached the top, however, but being around them while they were in it was hard coz they were nothing but Amway robots!
