College of Charleston is not a girls college, but it is mostly women. (My sister and lots of friends went there.) Meaning the guys kinda have their pic and get cocky! In general the women there are tan and high on the attractiveness scale. When I lived there as a 28-30 yo I had an on again off again hookup but he’d randomly go on dates with hot young blondes who’d recently graduated from C of C. The Peter Pan syndrome is definitely true and pretty much every guy there is a version of Shep or Craig or JT.

    JT, Shep and Austin, maybe even Whitney but, I wouldn’t put Craig on that list. He never was, even in the beginning of SC , i would not clarify him as Peter Pan syndrome guy.

    Yeah I wouldn’t put Craig in that category. All the years that we’ve seen him on tv, he has always been the relationship guy. Has he been immature in other areas, yes but not when it came to relationships.

    Didn’t Craig go to College of Charleston and the Charleston School of Law? Been a few years since I watched the first season so I could be off base!

    There are SO many other aspects of living in Charleston. SC does not depict the day to day normal lives here. We don’t go to a garden party at 2pm on a Tuesday. This is not how the majority of people live their lives. You are seeing how the 1% live.

    If you wanna know what type of men are here… just know that their daddy is probably a lawyer and they drive a Jeep. They wear a lot of pastels.
