Talent makes on average $7500 for Bravocon. Some make up to $10,000. Some might make a little more if they’re at more of the events. It’s non negotiable and basically expected by the network that you attend.

Is it just me, or does that seem low. They would spend much more than that on outfits and glam for 3 days
That seems low to me as well, but I wonder if other items are comped and this is included in their show contracts.
I believe it was far lower in previous years. The “pay” was more-so the travel and hotel expenses covered by Bravo (hence why NY housewives rarely appeared). The ticket prices are substantially higher this year & I am guessing they are able to pay the talent more, expecting to make far more.
Ok but just them going to Bravocon gets them more publicity and potential followers so it’s a win win.
That makes me sad that Jenna didn’t go. If it’s non negotiable, that tells me she’s not coming back
I bet that’s in addition to those first clas airfare tix and hotel accommodations . I wouldn’t be surprised if they all were given a stipend for glam and stylists this year too.,
If hotels etc are covered by Bravo, I actually think it’s reasonable. They’re getting exposure which helps with their social media following or their own brands they profit off. Think of how in business, you sometimes do marketing for brand awareness but don’t see a return but do it for the long term return. The fact they are profiting something off it while getting their personal brand awareness… it’s win for them.
