Only picture I had in my camera roll. We make this every Thanksgiving for a large crowd.

Lots of you requested! It’s super easy. I just use dough from supermarket or pizzeria. Frozen dough defrosted works best.

Simple and  so delish. Key is thin dough and thin layer of salami and cheese.

How to make

  1. STEP 1 Let the Dough rise!! Roll out bread dough on lightly floured surface to 12-inch square. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
  2. STEP 2THIN layer of salami and cheese of choice ( I use Genoa Salami, Calabrese (Spicy_Calabrese”Calabrese”) Salami or soppresata & provolone, one slice of each. I do not like a lot of meat in my bread but it is preference) down center of dough too to bottom.
  3. STEP 3 Fold over. Pinch dough at bottom and top to seal.
  4. STEP 4. Combine egg and water in bowl; brush over bread. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
  5. STEP 5 Heat oven to 350°F.
  6. STEP 6 Bake 25-35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from baking sheet; cool 10 minutes. Cut into slices.
