Khloe and kim are too thin….like sickly looking Skelton arms thin. Not attractive. Not healthy.

Supposedly Khloe & Kim both had the mini sleeve procedure done. Makes sense why they look as sickly as they do. There’s no way they’ve lost that much weight “naturally” or due to “stress”.
