Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip 4 cast is supposed to be revealed at one of the WWHL tapings at Bravocon, but that’s if the cast is finalized by then. Shannon, Gina, Margaret, Jennifer, Erika, Sutton, Karen, Ashley are the top picks.. but Dolores, Garcelle and Dorit are being eyed as replacements.. basically the theme is housewives who get on each other’s nerves on their own shows… so that’s why the alternates weren’t the original picks
