It’s about James and Raquel. She refers to some sort of conflict between James and her family that made her uncomfortable. She didn’t want to be in a position where she might be forced to choose sides in the future, considering it may impact their children (assuming they’d have babies).

On Scheana’s podcast they talk about the “pasta” and address whether it’s a code for drugs or not. Also, she tells the story of a fight James and her dad got in to on thanksgiving and that pretty much made he realize she didn’t want to be with him anymore.
Lala said that "pasta" was because production wanted lala to bring up James affair with Logan during the fight in the resturant. So she blurted out the pasta thing. Though im sure they all also do drugs.
