When going through a divorce, the bank requires a statement agreement before the mortgage approves, so maybe that’s why it’s the same time. Also, she sells enough homes to buy 3 mil home.

It would seem incredibly unlikely that her ex, who is a bigger star than her, and was in a position of financial power when they split, would ever sign an NDA. That doesn’t even make sense. The Chrishhell hate is pretty transparently coming from a rival on Selling Sunset.
