Tom Sandoval’s relationship with girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson has taken another dramatic turn.

Just weeks after the couple appeared to reconcile following reports of a split, the former “Vanderpump Rules” star filed a restraining order against Victoria and her father, Will Robinson, after an alleged altercation at his Los Angeles home.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on June 25, Tom claimed Victoria was arrested after he called police during an argument that escalated into an alleged physical confrontation.

Tom Sandoval Claims He Endured Months of Abuse

In the filing, Tom alleged the incident began after a night of drinking and claimed Victoria had been verbally and physically abusive throughout their relationship.

According to the court documents, Tom alleged Victoria struck him so hard during the altercation that he “couldn’t see straight.” He also claimed she grabbed her phone and began recording while attempting to portray herself as the victim before police arrived.

Tom further alleged that Victoria regularly punched him, threw a bottle at him, verbally insulted him, changed passwords on his phone and social media accounts, tracked him with an AirTag, and repeatedly called him a “(expletive) loser,” while telling him she “could do way better.”

The filing also included allegations involving Victoria’s father.

Tom claimed Will became aggressive during the incident, prompting him to lock himself inside a guest room. According to the filing, Will allegedly punched a large hole through the door and threatened him through the opening.

Tom also alleged that Will had previously restrained him in a bear hug during an earlier incident on June 3.

New Video Shows Scary June Confrontation

TMZ also published newly surfaced video from the June 3 incident referenced in the restraining order.

The footage appears to show Tom and Victoria arguing before Tom moves toward her, seemingly attempting to take a recording device from her hands.

Will then appears to wrap his arms around Tom before Tom shoves him backward into a lit fire pit. Will quickly gets back to his feet and appears to chase Tom into the house while Victoria remains on the ground after the collision.

Will strongly disputed Tom’s version of events in a statement to TMZ.

“The DA did not file the case for a reason,” Will said. “I lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner.”

Will also alleged he suffered injuries after being pushed into the fire pit that required medical treatment and additional care.

He further claimed that he, not Tom, contacted law enforcement.

“This is my daughter’s home and we just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away,” Will told the outlet.
