Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick may be preparing for a major life change.

While raising their 11-month-old daughter, Kaia Lilly Broderick, and planning their wedding, the “The Valley” stars are also considering a move out of California.

Luke shared the update during a recent interview with The Daily Dish, revealing that he and Kristen hope to travel to Tennessee to explore potential places to live as they consider where they want to put down roots as a family.

“Hopefully a trip to Nashville” is in their near future, Luke said when discussing the possibility of relocating.

“A trip, we have to start there,” he admitted. “It’s like baby steps, you know. To get her out of LA.”

The potential move comes as the couple continues adjusting to life as first-time parents while viewers watch their relationship challenges play out on season 3 of “The Valley.”

Luke Broderick Shares Sweet Update on Daughter Kaia Ahead of First Birthday

For now, Luke and Kristen are focused on keeping up with Kaia, who will celebrate her first birthday on June 13.

Luke couldn’t hide his excitement when discussing his daughter and the milestones she has reached over the past year.

“Kaia’s amazing. We’re both so blessed,” he said. “She’s such an amazing, beautiful little girl.”

According to Luke, Kaia is close to taking her first steps and has already learned how to get a reaction from her parents.

“She’s about to walk. She’s about to be one. She is just the happy coos and her fake cries, I don’t know. She’s really good at manipulating Kristen already; we’ll put it that way,” he joked.

He added, “She has good fake cries. You can tell. She’ll be crying and then she’ll kind of look to see if she’s getting a response, and then continue her fake cry.”

The couple welcomed Kaia less than a year ago and have frequently shared updates about their journey into parenthood.

Kristen Doute Defends Luke Broderick as Relationship Struggles Play Out on ‘The Valley’

Season 3 of “The Valley” has documented some of the challenges Kristen and Luke have faced as they navigate life with a newborn.

Earlier this season, Kristen urged viewers to give Luke grace as they watched the couple work through issues related to intimacy and the adjustment to becoming parents.

“Luke and I are clearly having issues with intimacy and figuring out being new parents, but I feel very protective over him when I watch it back because it’s something we were both going through,” Kristen told The Daily Dish.

“Luke could never, ever understand what it was like to be me as a new mom, but I, in turn, could never understand what it’s like to be a first-time dad.”

She continued, “So I really hope people take it easy on him and give him some grace. Yeah, it’s really hard.”

Despite their efforts to work through those challenges, newly released footage from the season 3 midseason trailer suggests more difficult conversations may be ahead.

As tensions rise, Kristen tells Luke his behavior is “super f**king hurtful.”

“Are you f**king kidding me?” Luke responds.

Later in the trailer, Luke shares concerns about the future of their engagement.

“If things do not improve, there’s not gonna be a wedding,” he tells Jesse Lally.
