The divorce battle between Dorit Kemsley and estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley just took another dramatic turn.

According to TMZ, a longtime mutual friend of the couple filed a declaration in court making several claims about conversations he allegedly had with Dorit regarding the pair’s financial disputes and their $6 million Los Angeles home.

Justin Levine, who said he has known Dorit and PK for years, reportedly claimed he attempted to speak with Dorit earlier this spring in hopes of helping the former couple resolve ongoing issues tied to the property and finances.

According to the filing, Levine claimed the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star became upset during the conversation before he could fully explain the purpose of the call.

“While she has previously expressed frustration, this conversation was notably different in both tone and intensity,” Levine reportedly stated.

Friend Claims Dorit Kemsley Made Financial Demands

Levine also alleged that Dorit instructed him to write down her demands and relay them to PK.

According to TMZ’s report, Levine claimed Dorit requested two separate $50,000 payments from PK to help cover expenses involving their children.

Levine further alleged Dorit warned that if the money was not paid, she would reveal private information about PK publicly and engage in what she allegedly described as “dirty games.”

The filing also reportedly addressed Dorit’s spending habits, which have become a central issue in the divorce proceedings.

As previously reported, PK has accused Dorit of spending heavily on luxury shopping and travel while allegedly failing to keep up with mortgage payments on the family home.

When Levine allegedly questioned Dorit about reports claiming she spent more than $1 million on travel and clothing, he claimed she defended the expenses as necessary for her Bravo career.

According to the declaration, Levine said Dorit told him he did not understand the “contractual requirements” tied to her work with “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

Levine further claimed Dorit became “increasingly hostile” during the discussion.

PK Kemsley Continues Push to Sell Family Home

The declaration was reportedly submitted as part of PK’s ongoing effort to gain court approval to immediately list the couple’s $6 million home for sale.

PK previously claimed the home is facing possible foreclosure due to unpaid mortgage obligations.

Levine also asked Dorit whether she planned to travel internationally with the couple’s children and suggested she seek PK’s permission before doing so.

Levine alleged Dorit responded that she was “not going to ask a f***ing thing.”

Dorit has not publicly responded to the latest claims.

The ongoing legal dispute comes after Dorit filed for divorce in 2025 following years of marriage to PK.

The former couple shares two children together, Jagger and Phoenix.

Their split has continued playing out publicly while also becoming a major storyline tied to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
