Brandi Glanville is stepping back into the spotlight — and fans are noticing.

The former “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star shared photos on Instagram Sunday, Jan. 25, debuting a refreshed look just weeks after confirming she finally received a diagnosis following a years-long health battle she previously described as involving a face parasite.

Brandi, 53, posed alongside board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Nicholas Nikolov and healthcare advocate Rachel Strauss, thanking both for helping her prepare for upcoming appearances.

“Thank you Dr. Nicholas Nikolov the amazing CellSound and for preparing me for The Sundance Film festival & looking forward PBM Princess movie event at Kemo Sabe,” she wrote in the caption.

Fans quickly flooded the comments with encouragement.

“Oh gosh you look so good and healthy!” one follower wrote.

Another added, “She is back!!!!! Ya look fabulous and healthy!!!!!!!”

Several others noted that Brandi appeared “happier and healthier,” cheering her on as she continues her recovery.

Brandi Glanville Heads to Sundance After Sharing Diagnosis

After her appointment, Brandi traveled to Park City, Utah, for the Sundance Film Festival, where she attended the premiere of Side Effects May Include, a project produced by Rachel. The two also posed together on the red carpet, marking Brandi’s return to public events after keeping a low profile for much of the past two years.

RHOBH fans may remember Brandi opening up about her health struggles during a December 2025 interview with TMZ, where she revealed she had spent more than $100,000 searching for answers.

“I do finally have a diagnosis, and I will be sharing that soon. I have a long road ahead of me to get fully better, but I finally have an answer, so I’m just thrilled,” she said at the time.

She also shared how isolating the experience had been.

“I’ve turned into an introvert. Leaving my house, I get the worst anxiety because I’ve been in my house for two years … It’s gonna be a long road ahead of me,” Brandi explained.

She added that the emotional toll extended to her family.

“I called my mom today, and she literally cried, because sometimes I sit down and I can’t go up, and like it’s so scary.”
