Alexia Nepola is once again sparking relationship chatter — and this time, it involves her ex-husband and a very familiar piece of jewelry. “The Real Housewives of Miami” star was recently spotted with Todd Nepola in Paris, and fans quickly noticed she appeared to be wearing her wedding band.
Alexia Nepola and Todd Nepola Are Reportedly ‘Dating‘ Again
According to a source speaking to Us Weekly, Alexia and Todd have quietly been spending time together again since their divorce. “They are dating,” the insider claimed. “They travel together and have been since their divorce. They spent New Year’s together in Paris.”
The tip gained traction after DeuxMoi reported that Alexia was seen at Hotel Costes in Paris with Todd — and that she was wearing her wedding ring during the outing. While that detail immediately set off engagement rumors, the source insisted that is not what’s happening.
“She is not engaged,” the insider said. “It is her old wedding ring that she simply likes wearing from time to time, especially when they are together.”
The source added that the pair is still figuring out what this next chapter looks like. “They’re still navigating what their relationship looks like,” the insider explained. “Alexia is happy about it. They’re trying to turn a new leaf, have a fresh start on things and leave the negative in the past.”
Us Weekly confirmed in March 2025 that Alexia and Todd finalized their divorce after nearly three years of marriage. The split appeared to be handled privately, as court documents stated the former couple reached an agreement that “they wish to remain confidential.”
But the story didn’t end there. Weeks after the divorce became official, another source claimed that while they were no longer married, they were still spending time together and had shifted into a boyfriend-girlfriend dynamic.
As for whether this reunion is headed toward something serious again, the current update suggests the situation remains fluid. “It’s day by day,” the source said. “They’re living separately. They are trying to figure out their new normal.”
Alexia has shared much of her personal life on “The Real Housewives of Miami,” including past marriages. She was previously married to Peter Rosello Sr. from 1992 to 1996, and they share two adult sons, Peter and Frankie. She later married Herman Echevarria, and they were together from 2004 to 2015. Echevarria was found dead in 2016.
