Rachel Zoe’s Kids Meet Rodger Berman’s New Girlfriend

Navigating a divorce is never easy — and “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 15 is already proving that point. In the season premiere, Rachel Zoe made her highly anticipated debut and immediately dropped a major bombshell about her estranged husband, Rodger Berman. The fashion icon revealed that not only had Rodger moved on with a new girlfriend, but their two sons were already aware of the relationship while the divorce was still unfolding.

Rachel Zoe Says Her Kids Knew About Rodger Berman’s Girlfriend

During the premiere, Rachel opened up about how her family dynamic has shifted since her split from Rodger. She shared that paparazzi photos surfaced showing Rodger with his girlfriend, Bree Jacoby, just months after the couple separated — and that the situation had a real impact on their kids.

“Rodger has been with the same girl for a year,” Rachel said on the episode. “The kids have known for probably 10 months.”

Rachel, who shares sons Skylar, 14, and Kaius, 11, with Rodger, explained that their relationship with their father has become complicated. “Their relationship with their dad is tricky now,” she admitted. “I think they wonder why he sometimes acts the way he does and why there’s time spent with his girlfriend versus his kids.”

When it was pointed out that Rodger “got a girlfriend right after you guys separated,” Rachel responded pointedly, “I’ll let you do the math.”

Rachel and Rodger announced their separation in September 2024 after 26 years of marriage. She officially filed for divorce in July 2025, citing irreconcilable differences. Court documents list their date of marriage as February 15, 1998, and their date of separation as June 27, 2024. Rachel also requested that the court terminate both parties’ rights to spousal support.

Bree, Rodger’s girlfriend, is a Los Angeles–based stylist who founded her own brand with a mission of “trailblazing the style space by making luxury more attainable,” according to her website. She is described as a go-to stylist for Fortune 500 CEOs, public figures, and busy executives.

As for where Rachel and Rodger stand now, the RHOBH newcomer made it clear there’s still work to be done. “We’re not there yet,” she said of their relationship, adding that it remains complex and very much a work in progress.
