Tom Sandoval tried to test the BravoCon waters — and fans basically dumped him straight into the deep end. During a panel over the weekend, Tom floated (again) the idea of joining season 3 of “The Valley,” only to be greeted with a wall of boos and a chorus of fans screaming “NO!” It was crystal clear the audience had zero interest in seeing him on yet another Bravo series.

Tom, for his part, insisted he has been “on the fence” about joining the spinoff. “Not currently for this season, [but] I’ve been on the fence about whether I wanted to be on ‘The Valley,’” he said to US Weekly. He added that the show likely wouldn’t want a cast member “apprehensive about whether they want to be involved.”

Even so, he admitted the recent additions of Tom Schwartz and Lala Kent made it “feel more organic,” teasing, “I would be more open to it now.”

Tom also noted that stepping away from “Vanderpump Rules” after the season 12 recast gave him room to breathe. “I’ve been pretty private lately,” he said. Me and Victoria have just been enjoying being on our own, just kicking it.”

Of course, he has teased a potential cameo before. When asked in 2024 if he’d appear on “The Valley,” he responded with a cryptic, “Who knows what the future holds?”

Tom Sandoval’s BravoCon Curse Continues

Unfortunately for Tom, BravoCon audiences remain consistent — and consistently unforgiving. This wasn’t the first time he’s been booed at the fan convention. At BravoCon 2023, he was loudly heckled every time he opened his mouth, all stemming from his affair with former castmate Rachel Leviss and the fallout with longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix.

Even when a fan attempted to defend him, asking the room to “give Sandoval some (expletive) grace,” she was booed too.

So while Tom may be “open” to joining “The Valley,” the audience reaction suggests something else entirely: Fans would prefer he stay very, very far away from their screens.
