“The Valley” stars Jesse Lally and Michelle Saniei are officially done — and they’re keeping things cleaner than most Bravo splits. According to Us Weekly, the exes’ divorce settlement was filed on October 27 and reveals that neither party will pay child or spousal support. Turns out, both are doing just fine on their own.
‘The Valley’ Stars’ Divorce Proves Not Every Bravo Split Ends in Punishment
Per the filing, the pair cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their divorce, but it sounds like they’re handling it like adults — a rarity in the Bravo-verse. They’ll share custody of their daughter, Isabella, alternating two-week stretches and splitting major decisions about her education and medical care. Michelle will have Isabella on her birthday, while Jesse will get his turn when his big day rolls around.
The deal specifies that whoever has custody at the time will decide whether Isabella attends social events — a smart move for co-parents in the public eye.
When it comes to money, both Jesse and Michelle agreed they don’t need financial help from one another. “Neither spouse seeks or requires of the other any permanent spousal support now or in the future,” the agreement read. “Each party acknowledges that he or she is healthy, gainfully employed and/or fully capable of supporting and maintaining oneself.”
As for assets, Jesse is keeping a 2024 BMW M850i and several bank accounts, while Michelle walks away with a 2025 BMW X-1, two Chase accounts, and full rights to her company. The only shared debt? A “low six-figure” business loan they’ll split evenly, with each paying part of the $1,472 monthly bill.
In a joint show of maturity, they’ll each cover their own legal fees. Michelle told Us, “Our No. 1 priority has always been Isabella, and we’ll continue to coparent to be the best parents for her.” Jesse echoed the sentiment, saying they’re “moving forward with mutual respect.”
It’s not exactly the fiery Bravo breakup fans might expect — but maybe that’s what makes it newsworthy.

Hope it’s stays neutral when the holidays hit. That’s usually when the gloves come off because neither parent wants to celebrate the holidays without their kids.
Pleasantly surprised at this, shows maturity on both their sides
