Melissa Gorga is finally addressing Teresa Giudice’s surprising decision to reach out to her brother, Joe Gorga, after years of estrangement. The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star didn’t hold back when asked how she felt about the possibility of her husband reconnecting with his sister — or whether she’d be willing to film alongside Teresa again for season 15.

Melissa Gorga Speaks Out on Teresa Giudice’s Attempt to Reconnect

Melissa told Us Weekly on October 23 that she’s cautiously optimistic about what could come next for the family. “I’m always going to be team family — always,” she said. “So we’ll see what happens. We’ll see where it goes.”

The 46-year-old reality star added that her biggest hope is for the feud to end once and for all, especially for the sake of their kids. “For all of our children’s sake, I would love for everyone to get to a place of healing, and I would never root for this to go on forever,” Melissa explained. “It’s not any way to live, and it’s no way that I want my children to see, because we need to lead by example. So I’m always for healing and to be continued.”

Meanwhile, Teresa, 53, told the outlet that she feels “enough time” has passed for the family to talk again — and even teased that she’d be open to filming with Melissa if it helps the family move forward. “I feel like we need to get there,” Teresa said. “The core of that show has always been family. And it’s hard to imagine it without that.”

As for season 15, Melissa admitted she’s just as in the dark as fans. “Bravo will decide,” she said, adding with a laugh, “I feel like everyone secretly thinks we’re going to get this big announcement. And I’m like, ‘Are we?’ I’m at Bravo offices today. I feel like snooping in their drawers or something. But I know as much as you do. They know better than to tell us anything.”
