Aaron Phypers might not have a job, but he apparently has hope—and a handful of lottery tickets.
Denise Richards’s estranged husband was spotted in Calabasas this week looking for a little luck, as reports surface that he’s on the brink of eviction and financially “desperate.”

Aaron Phypers Faces Eviction and Financial Desperation

TMZ reported that Aaron “walked into a liquor store in Calabasas earlier this week. He walked out while holding a stack of red and white papers we’re told are lottery tickets.”

The sighting comes amid troubling financial news for Aaron. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, he told the court, “I am out of money and financially desperate. I am about to be evicted from the residence in which I am living. My utilities (water, power, gas) have all been turned off already.”

Aaron is currently living in Denise’s former Calabasas rental, which she once used while filming “Denise Richards and Her Wild Things.” He owes half of $120,000 in back rent, while Denise owes the other half since she’s still on the lease. He claims he’s being “pushed out” of the property.

The unemployed ex also blames Denise for his lack of work. Aaron claims she took his health treatment machine and weight set, alleging she planned to sell them for cash. “I need that equipment to try to make a living, and she is preventing me from doing so,” he said. “My hope is to be able to use them for business purposes again to make income. Further, I do not have adequate funds to rent a moving truck to pick up the machines. Also, there is a danger of irreparable harm if the respondent carries out her threat to sell them off.”

Aaron is also seeking $150,000 from the couple’s joint accounts, which he claims is “needed for [him] to survive, pay these debts, and be able to live safely like a normal person.” He told the court there is “a real danger of irreparable harm” if he doesn’t receive the funds, adding that both he and his parents risk homelessness.

ICYMI, Aaron previously claimed he helped Denise with her OnlyFans content. On “Jeff Lewis Live” in 2022, Denise admitted, “Aaron takes a lot of my content for me. He knows what guys like.” He’s argued that since he contributed to her success on the platform, he should receive a share of her earnings.

For now, it seems Aaron’s survival plan involves scratching and hoping.
