Larsa Pippen can’t catch a break. The “Real Housewives of Miami” star, 50, is once again under fire after fans accused her of looking unrecognizable in a new Instagram photo with her friend and RHOM castmate, Stephanie Shojaee.

Larsa Pippen Faces More Plastic Surgery Speculation

The drama kicked up on September 8 when a Redditor reposted Larsa’s pic and flat-out asked, “There’s no way this is Larsa!! What’s going on with her face?”

Fans piled on in the comments with their own digs. “Dang what filter is that. 20x?” one user snarked, while another chimed in, “Both of them look like different people.” Others kept it blunt: “Holy facetune.”

This isn’t the first time Larsa’s appearance has made headlines. Just last month, she shut down speculation about fillers and plastic surgery, blaming the internet frenzy on swelling from PRP injections — and even hinting the viral photo might have been altered. “It was an allergic reaction,” she insisted.

But not everyone is buying it. Dr. Jennifer Armstrong from “Real Housewives of Orange County” called Larsa’s explanation “impossible,” explaining, “PRP is when you take your own blood, spin it down, and put the growth factors back into your face … you can’t be allergic to your own blood.” Armstrong also speculated that what fans were seeing was “too much filler in the wrong place” combined with Botox.

An allergic reaction to PRP is not a thing, Larsa. Come see me asap.

While Larsa hasn’t directly addressed the latest round of criticism, fans clearly aren’t convinced that it’s all swelling and camera tricks. Either way, the chatter about her “ever-changing face” isn’t slowing down anytime soon.

New episodes of “The Real Housewives of Miami” air Thursday nights on Bravo.
