Denise Richards is officially making moves — and not just in court. Over the weekend, the 54-year-old actress was spotted hauling furniture and wrangling 15 dogs as she vacated her $3.3 million Calabasas mansion. The timing couldn’t be messier: she’s in the middle of a bitter divorce battle with Aaron Phypers.

Denise Richards Rescues Her Pups Amid Nasty Split from Aaron

Wearing a casual black T-shirt, sweatpants, and sneakers, Denise coordinated with movers while her rescue pups trotted around, according to photos obtained by The Daily Mail. Fun fact: Los Angeles technically limits households to three dogs over the age of four months, but Denise has clearly been operating on her own rules (a true Housewife move).

According to documents obtained by the court, Denise was allowed to re-enter the home to collect “her mother’s and her own personal property, including the dogs.”

Meanwhile, Aaron has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away following a temporary restraining order issued in July. The judge also instructed him to return Denise’s iPhone and MacBook — or file a declaration if he doesn’t have them.

As if the property drama wasn’t enough, Aaron has accused Denise of having an affair with former special forces soldier Rudy Reyes. In a letter shared with “family and close friends,” Aaron alleged that Reyes sent Denise explicit videos and photos, and that she lied about ending things after a secret May rendezvous in Burbank. Denise, for her part, has accused Aaron of domestic abuse, which he denies.
