Luann de Lesseps is not buying the idea that Bravo was only “test-shooting” The “Real Housewives of New Jersey’s” upcoming season. The “Real Housewives of New York” star claimed the crew was “actually shooting” and suggested Teresa Giudice was not part of the action.

On Page Six Radio, Luann asked, “Are they test shooting or are they actually shooting?” before making air quotes. “I think they’re probably actually shooting, if you ask me.” She argued that Bravo doesn’t waste resources. “You think they’d waste their time and crews? You need sound and you need lighting, you need crew.”
Her comments follow reports that Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, and Margaret Josephs filmed with potential new housewives — while Teresa was left out. A source told OK! Magazine, “There are lots of rumors trying to be put out that Teresa filmed test footage for RHONJ, but the truth is she didn’t … It’s really looking probable Bravo is moving on without [her].”
Luann, who knows a thing or two about being sidelined, reminded fans that casting decisions can change quickly. “Listen, it can go south in a second. Remember when I was [demoted to] a friend? They didn’t use me in the promos, in the pictures, and I was in every scene … It was a contract thing. So I’m saying, you just never know.”
According to the same outlet, Bravo may now be looking to build the show around Margaret, setting up RHONJ season 16 for one of the franchise’s biggest shake-ups yet.
