Jennifer Pedranti’s divorce battle just took another messy turn, but this time, the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star walked away with the win.
According to Us Weekly, Jennifer, 48, was awarded sole physical custody of her three minor children with her ex-husband, William Pedranti, after filing on September 3. The exes had originally agreed to share custody when their divorce was finalized in 2024, but things clearly changed since then.

Jennifer now has full-time custody of Greyson, 15, Everleigh, 13, and Dominic, 11. William, on the other hand, will only have visitation rights — and he has to give her at least a one-hour heads-up before seeing them. Their two older sons, Dawson, 18, and Harrison, 21, aren’t part of the deal since they’re adults.
This is a big shift from last summer’s settlement, when Jennifer and William agreed to joint custody and he was ordered to pay $4,674 in child support and $1,735 in spousal support each month. Jennifer was also awarded her yoga business and a six-figure lump sum payout.
RHOC Star Still Fighting Divorce Drama
Of course, the custody update is only part of the story. William recently returned to court, requesting to end spousal support, claiming Jennifer has minimal expenses because she’s living with her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian. Jennifer fired back, saying William’s failure to pay her the lump sum left her no choice but to move in with Ryan.
“It would not be equitable for the court to consider my cohabitation with Ryan as a basis to end my support when William’s bad conduct forced me to do so,” she told the court.
No ruling was made on spousal support prior to the custody decision being made.
Jennifer, who joined RHOC full-time in season 17, has been dealing with this divorce since William filed in 2021 — just weeks before her debut aired. Now, with custody officially on her side, Jennifer has scored a major win in a divorce saga that’s been as dramatic as anything we’ve seen on Bravo.
