Bravo is mixing reality TV drama with fine dining — and we’re here for it. Just weeks after production kicked off on “Top Chef,” the show revealed that “Southern Charm” stars Madison LeCroy and Craig Conover will appear as guest judges on season 23.

Madison And Craig Trade ‘Southern Charm’ For Culinary Critiques

On September 5, “Top Chef” dropped an Instagram carousel showing Madison and Craig in the kitchen with host Kristen Kish. The caption read: “Cooking down South! Craig and Madison from ‘Southern Charm’ join as guest judges for Season 23 of ‘Top Chef’.”

Fans ate it up (pun intended). The post pulled in over 8,000 likes and more than 100 comments in less than a day. Kristen even jumped into the comments herself, writing, “Charmed by these two.”

It’s official: the king of pillows and Charleston’s resident hair chameleon are stepping up to judge actual chefs. Can we get a Quickfire Challenge involving sewing kits and hair extensions, please?

What To Expect From Season 23 Of ‘Top Chef’

The new season will spotlight the Carolinas, with a focus on Charlotte, North Carolina, and additional episodes filmed in Greenville, South Carolina. Alongside Kristen, longtime judge Gail Simmons and head judge Tom Colicchio are also returning to keep the chefs sweating.

According to the official announcement: “This season will showcase the finest in southern hospitality, embracing the rich history, agriculture, and outdoors, as a new batch of accomplished and renowned chefs vie for the ultimate Top Chef title.” Translation: southern food, high stakes, and hopefully just a sprinkle of Bravo crossover chaos.
