Diddy Verdict: Not Guilty on Racketeering and Sex Trafficking of Cassie, But Guilty on Two Federal Charges
Wednesday morning about an hour after jurors arrived and went straight into the jury room, the foreman sent a note out to Judge Arun Subramanian telling him they’d reached the unanimous verdict — count 1 and 2 not guilty … count 3 is guilty … count 4 is not guilty … count 5 is guilty.
On the first two counts — racketeering conspiracy, and sex trafficking of Casandra Ventura, Diddy’s not guilty. On count three, the Mann Act Transportation of Cassie, Diddy is guilty.Count four, the sex trafficking charge of “Jane,” who testified under a pseudonym, he’s not guilty. The fifth count is the Mann Act Transportation of Jane … Diddy is guilty. All told, the 12-member jury — 8 men and 4 women — deliberated for two full days days before reaching their final verdict Wednesday morning. As we reported … the jury came back Tuesday and said they had a verdict on 4 of the 5 counts, but were unable to come to a verdict on the RICO charge. The judge told them to keep deliberating and on Wednesday the delivered their verdict. The trial featured nearly 7 weeks of testimony from 34 witnesses … all called by the prosecutors. Diddy’s defense team rested their case without calling a single witness, including Diddy, and instead, simply claimed the government failed to prove its case beyond a shadow of a doubt. In light of the verdict, they might be second-guessing that strategy.Next up is sentencing … and Diddy faces up to life in prison for racketeering conspiracy, at least 15 years for sex trafficking, and a maximum sentence of 10 years for transportation to engage in prostitution.About proseccoprincess

Sooo is he getting jail time or getting away with it? (Privatization and some fines?) I can’t believe this honestly.
