A former instructor at the cult-favorite fitness brand claims a Real Housewives of New York City cast member was banned from one of the company’s NYC studios after multiple incidents of inappropriate behavior.

Now, Bravo fans think they know who it was—and Sonja Morgan is denying everything.

Former SoulCycle Instructor Drops RHONY Bomb

On an episode of the “Cult of Body & Soul” podcast, host Jess Rothschild interviewed a former SoulCycle instructor who dropped a bombshell about a Real Housewives star allegedly being banned from the East 63rd Street studio in Manhattan.

According to the ex-instructor, the unnamed cast member was “talking so loudly throughout the entire class to the point that it was so disruptive.” She also claimed the reality star was “making out with her boyfriend in the front row” and “doing a whole bunch of things up there.”

The instructor said the studio manager tried to calmly explain the rules about front-row etiquette after class. But the conversation didn’t go well.

“This former ‘New York City Real Housewife’ started grilling the manager,” the instructor alleged. “Ripping into her, pulls the whole ‘Do you know who I am?’ situation… And the manager ended up calling corporate, and that woman ended up being banned.”

Fans Think It Was Sonja Morgan—But She Says “Not True”

The internet wasted no time trying to solve the mystery. Many Bravo fans immediately speculated on Reddit that the unnamed Housewife was Sonja Morgan.

“It was Sonja,” one user claimed. “She was making out with a guy during class. I’m sure there were other instances of bad behavior.”

“Ramona [Singer] is a good Catholic girl, so she wouldn’t do that,” another chimed in. “Maybe Sonja? But I can’t see her working out.”

But Morgan has officially shut the rumors down. Speaking to Page Six, the former RHONY star called the claim completely false.

“Not true. OMG. I have hardly been there. And never with a man. And never banned. Lord,” she said.

Morgan added that she’s only visited that location a few times and mostly went with her daughter, an intern, or a friend. “No one ever said a word to me at SoulCycle, ever. I may have gone once with a man who is a client.”

This is not the only news we are hearing about Sonja Morgan. Cocktailers also know when she might pop up on Bravo again.
