My husband worked at a restaurant that hosted a big food fest in Texas. Went a couple of years ago. Brooke was there & was much more quiet and not social.
She hung with Tom Collicio in the staging area more than being in the public area. Tom was an asshole.
Showed up at the last minute, was bothered when asked for photos. And then hung in the back away from the public. Stephanie Izard was great. So was Karen A from Boston. Karen was actually the best, so laid back and sweet. Lots of top chef alum and others.
