Some Jersey insight from someone who lives here..
There’s also a lot of Phillies wives, Eagles, Sixers etc who live right over the bridge from Philadelphia in central NJ (yes it exists) in nice towns like Haddonfield which is near Marlton NJ which is also a wealthy area.
About 30-45 min from there but in PA is where Jason Kelce and his wife live on the Main Line (and they have a place on the shore) so there could be a combined central NJ / Philly thing.
You already have NYC housewives, we’ve seen north NJ / Hoboken / done NJ into the city trips for things. Yet they’re still close enough to former NJ gals.
I can see why they’d be interviewing wives there!
A lot of Philly sports players live in Moorestown NJ, very wealthy like haddonfield. But that’s not central jersey, I live one town over from haddonfield, it’s south jersey.

But yes, we have A LOT of people here- 6 Phillies players, eagles head coach, we have some flyers players. BUT, it’s a pretty private town and we like it that way. I can’t imagine the borough would sign off on anything. Around here they are treated like normal people. They go into Starbucks uninterrupted, enjoy walks with their families, attend little league and football games without interruptions. I don’t imagine it happening in our little town. But stranger things have happened!
Marlton is South Jersey lol, I live 10 minutes from there. There are a lot famous athletes who live in the area but idk how open they would be to being on TV. If that happened I am guessing they would totally recast because Franklin Lakes/Montville area is almost 2 hours away.

Oh I’d be THRILLED if they moved the show down to south and central NJ. I used to live in Collingswood, right next door to Haddonfield. There’s def money there. Pass on the Kelce’s though. I’ve had my fill on anything Taylor adjacent.
Haddonfield, Marlton, Collingswood, etc are all very much South Jersey. Princeton/Trenton/Monmouth/Brick/Colts Neck are central Jersey.
