Sad how many people get away with this on Bravo. They just wanted Kenya out…production shocked? They knew what was going on. Won’t be supporting Bravo moving forward.

Its a loose loose. What Kenya did is wrong but other bravolebs uave done this before and were not held accountable. This is a discrimination lawsuit waiting to happen. Kenya can use examples of them not taking action against Joe Gorga for showing Danielle’s sex tape to the RHONJ men. Camille and Fayes pics were used as well.
I wonder if we’ll see the footage of this. I doubt they’ll be able to show it if it’s this bad. Like the Caroline/Brandi thing.
For those of you saying “What about?” this one or that one, every situation is different even though it may seem similar. Each of these occurred in different states with different laws. We only have second hand information on what happened with Kenya but from what I read it does seem to violate the law in Georgia.
Sandoval’s situation is being litigated in civil court and it did not happen at work.
The situation with Joe Gorga had to have been cleared by legal if it was used on air. It’s been so long that I can’t remember exactly what happened there but it may not have met the standard in New Jersey and also these claims have a time limit on them.

Good. She’s a bully and BRAVO has let her slide for LONG with her antics. I was done with her when she bullied Kim Fields for no reason. She’s insecure and this is why she resorts to weak shit like this especially with younger/ pretty newbies. This was a very desperate attempt by someone who has had. no storyline for years. She ran her divorce story to the ground. She didn’t have Marlo as the bad guy so she played her self with Britt. Ugly on the inside.
Whitney from Southern Charm and Tom Sandoval did the same thing. It’s interesting and very eye opening that Bravo feels the same rules and consequences don’t apply to them.
I am 0% surprised by this. After Rachel’s revenge porn lawsuits, you think Bravo wouldn’t take action? They want no part of anything that could land them in court. Obviously we don’t know the whole story but if what people are saying is true, Kenya should have known better.

For all those who are asking, why is Tom still have a job after the season he had with Raquel here’s something to think about. Kenya knew what she was doing and was being filmed. She wanted this exposed on the show. What happened with Tom and Raquel was not during the regular season nor were cameras rolling. That makes a big difference.
To be honest she should’ve being punished since the speakerphone reunion. She absolutely provoked Porsha and should’ve been fired then. But now after so many more seasons of zero resistance she evolved to this stage where she thought that revenge porn would be funny
