I know you have spoke about this before. For those asking why Crystal does not promote her coconut water or Snoo Baby Sleeper on RHOBH…if you mention your products a certain amount of times or do an event around the product Bravo gets a cut. Typically it is 10% but of course their agents can negotiate. This is the infamous “Bethenny Clause”. When Bethenny sold her Skinny Girl Alcohol for that HUGE amount of money Bravo got NOTHING..eventhough their show was a huge part in promoting the product. This clause came into play after that. Very smart & honestly fair. If you are using the show for advertising then they should get a cut. In Crystal’s case both her coconut water and Snoo Baby Sleeper are already successful so I assume she doesn’t not see the need to promote them & give up a  % of sales.
