I still don’t understand how there was balance in first place since (I know broken record) but as client of Beauty Lab, I know personally they collect when you check out before leaving and their payment plan option is through 3rd party provider (as stated on their website) so that’s where Heather’s story doesn’t make sense unless they went to the 3rd party option between the time frame of Monica being a client and when I became a client because 3rd party would handle non payment collection not Beaty Lab specifically 🤷🏻♀️

I use third party payment! And beauty lab will get paid but in the event a consumer doesn’t pay their party i believe they are still held liable in some way or would have to pay third party back i can’t remember fine print completely but beauty lab just doesn’t get paid out and third party holds all liability!
Unless it’s because she was known among their group and gave her a chance to pay them in payments directly.
