Yes her ex husband dropped the lawsuit against her. He agreed to dismiss all of his claims BUT she will no longer be able to ask him to pay her attorney fees associated with his legal action against her. So this is a big caveat. Will she be able to or willing to use her own money to try and win the hundreds of millions of dollars she claimed she was owed via stock options? Will she use the money she makes in their ongoing divorce battle with the potential to lose that case? I guess we wait and see.
